***, Customer received delivery of his items and the lock for the curio was defective. At the time of delivery the lock was returned to the local warehouse and we reached out to the manufacturer to receive a replacement lock. The lock was received and a certified technician was
dispatched to the customers home to install the lock. Unfortunately the door the lock attaches to has a manufacturer defect and the lock was not able to be installed. We have reached out to the manufacturer and are at this time waiting on information from the customer to enable us to resolve this problem. During delivery the customer also indicated that the reclining function on the power sofa was not functioning properly and a reclining mechanism and power motor was ordered for the customer. The customer was advised that the once the part was received a certified tech would be sent to completely restore the item to 100% Coleman Furniture has been in constant contact with customer including as recently as 6/*/16 and customer has indicated his willingness for us to resolve the issue as we have outlined. *** Customer ordered the Wythe Coffee Bean LAf Sectional on April **, 2016. At the time that the customer placed their order the item was listed for sale at a price of $2000.00. Coleman Furniture was advised by the manufacturer that the item was out of stock and as were
were not advised of a date the item would be available, as such all orders for that item were cancelled as they could not be filled at that time Our terms and conditions that customers must agree to when they place their order state: Prices and promotions are subject to changeRarely an item listed as available on our site may not be available, or an item may be mispriced, despite our best effortsFor any of these reasons, we may cancel your order or we may contact you for instructions on the order.The item was once again made available from the manufacturer, however at that time it was being offered at a higher price. I Paid $1,for a sofa set and a coffee table online and they refunded me only even though I don't even have the items except for the coffee table and it has been about a month now. I asked Coleman furniture rep to take back the coffee table for which I paid $I asked the delivery guys to take back the coffee table during the delivery day and they didn't take it back.I want full refund $1,I waited weeks for delivery of my items and during the delivery day, they wanted to deliver me a damaged/defective sofaI told the delivery guys I want my full orders and not just the coffee table and love seatThey wanted me to accept a damaged sofa and therefore wanted me to sign waiver even before any delivery was attemptedI saw them talking and they then pretended as if the sofa can't fit my stairways and they were laughing and taking pictureThey never fully and properly attempt to bring the sofa to my living roomThey briefly brought it to my stairways and took a picture to show it didn't fit the stairways and took it right back to their truck and all in about minsThis was an act to fool me and they knew I was not gonna accept anything that is already damaged or defective. They brought love seat and coffee table in to my room but not the sofa and when I asked them to take these back, they took the love seat but didn't come back to take back the coffee table. People living above me has those sofas delivered to them easily through the same stairways and I had king size mattress , king size bed and inch entertainment wall centers delivered days earlier by another delivery company before this so I knew for sure delivery of the sofa wouldn't be a problemI now have nothing except for the coffee table which they were supposed to take back on same day and I am scammed $by Coleman furniture for nothingI want full refund $1336.75 so that I can shop for these furnitures at a local store

Images are attached Based on the attached images, I strongly disagree with Coleman's response that states that the manufacturer determined that the images meet manufacturer's standards And if this is true and as I requested in email dated 07/** to Coleman to please help me understand by sending written supporting documentation from the manufacturer's on their letterhead stating that these images meet their standards along with manufacturer's contact information.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# ***, and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because:As a consumer I paid in full for a piece sectional sofa and expected to receive the item new and wholeI did not receive the item as orderedI suggested that since the delivery company already unpacked two pieces I keep the two pieces of a three piece set while they ordered a new piece sectionalThe customer service manager said that would not be allowed and that even though the shipper made the error I would only receive the missing piece which needed to be ordered from the factory in ChinaAs many times as I expressed to this representative of Renegade Furniture AKA Coleman Furniture that would not suffice as I expected the entire shipment at one time and it is a set having one color dye lot she refused to understandThe delivery men upon hearing this conversation repackaged the two pieces and loaded them on the truck.Having been informed that the delivery of my sectional was being made I discarded other furniture never expecting that I would have such an issueNot only did I need to scramble around looking for another sectional but I wound up paying more but at least it all came in at the same timeNow this third party shipper has charged me almost $for cancelling an order? I did not cancel they simply did not deliver as ordered than tried to put the onus on me. What kind of bait and switch operation is this and why isn't the Revdex.com investigating these people so that other consumers do not face the same situation?When someone pays for a new three piece sectional and a third party wants you to accept it an inferior product meaning not from the same dye lot it is just not fair business practice and the public should be alerted not to deal with these types of businessesDo I need to address this in a court of law?

Last I heard the 'missing' parts were still in transit and the delivery company confirms that they do not have the items on hand, so please inform me how this order is ready for deliveryUnless you've contacted the delivery company and told them not to contact me I'm still in the dark about thisWhy do I have to reach out to everyone at every step of this process? Last I was told by Coleman Furniture, the manufacturer was shipping this item out last week but unless I see a shipping number or pictures from the delivery company I have zero faith that this information is accurate and is little more than a stalling tactic.
