***Coleman Furniture understands that the customer is frustrated in regards to his order. However, the customer received delivery of his items on 1/*/and signed for his delivery indicating everything had been received, inspected and found to be in good condition. The customer
called us the day after delivery and advised that he was missing the hardware for the mirror installation. We advised the customer we could send the hardware to him and compensate him $to install the mirror himself. At that time we were not advised of any other damages that he had found. As no damages were found at the time of delivery and were only brought to our attention weeks later we are unable to address those issues. As a courtesy we have offered to compensate him a total of $125.00.Sharon M***Coleman Furniture

***This customer ordered online where we provide detailed information regarding the items including the direction of the sectional, product skus, individual pictures, and layoutsOne of the layouts is provided by the manufacturer *** *** - and is for dimension reasons - to help
figure out how much total space is neededThis customer incorrectly thought they were getting the opposite configuration than what they ordered. The website correctly displays what the customer ordered and their order confirmation that they received also showed the customer exactly what configuration they ordered.We have advised the customer that to return this and get the opposite configuration they would have to pay fees. Customer refused. Customer accepted item at time of delivery.We can send this item back to the manufacturer - and we are willing to pay the restocking fees for the customer, but the customer will have to pay return shipping fees on this item

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# ***, and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because:As a consumer I paid in full for a piece sectional sofa and expected to receive the item new and wholeI did not receive the item as orderedI suggested that since the delivery company already unpacked two pieces I keep the two pieces of a three piece set while they ordered a new piece sectionalThe customer service manager said that would not be allowed and that even though the shipper made the error I would only receive the missing piece which needed to be ordered from the factory in ChinaAs many times as I expressed to this representative of Renegade Furniture AKA Coleman Furniture that would not suffice as I expected the entire shipment at one time and it is a set having one color dye lot she refused to understandThe delivery men upon hearing this conversation repackaged the two pieces and loaded them on the truck.Having been informed that the delivery of my sectional was being made I discarded other furniture never expecting that I would have such an issueNot only did I need to scramble around looking for another sectional but I wound up paying more but at least it all came in at the same timeNow this third party shipper has charged me almost $for cancelling an order? I did not cancel they simply did not deliver as ordered than tried to put the onus on me. What kind of bait and switch operation is this and why isn't the Revdex.com investigating these people so that other consumers do not face the same situation?When someone pays for a new three piece sectional and a third party wants you to accept it an inferior product meaning not from the same dye lot it is just not fair business practice and the public should be alerted not to deal with these types of businessesDo I need to address this in a court of law?

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# ***, and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because: Coleman Furniture response was incomplete A) Nothing was responded about the argument they had with the technician who inspected the table and and acknowledged the defects .They failed to cooperate with technician who wanted to take apart the table and get this repaired at the warehouse where he would have access to tools required for the repair, They declined his request.B) Who is the manufacturer?C) I have not been advised by the Company on the packaging or assembly of the table in warehouse I have not approved the table to be shipped in an unpacked conditionHas the businesss adhered to standard packaging norms ? The table was assembled and was delivered in unpacked condition.D)Attached are images and videos sent to the business on day of delivery .If they decided not to repair the knot in the wood and trash sprayed on legs, why was this not communicated to me on the delivery day or within hours of delivery ?.E) What took you so long to setup a technician visit ? Your delayed response was intentional so as not to qualify this transaction for refund or return That was your motive from day one when you offered a $ in return for my acceptance of this product with defect. F) Knot in wood and trash sprayed legs are standard defects , if you are claiming these are intentional marks by the manufacturer , was any advertisement done on your online site which clearly indicates this exceptions to standard defects and have you asked for my approval when fulfilling this order?g)Even an inexpensive table , would be shipped with assembly instructions As a retailer, you are expected to ship with assembly instructionsDon't expect the customer to ask for it Your explanation that I must request for it is insane and proves your good will nature of this transaction and your poor service.Since you already had this unpacked and assembled, you failed to provide the packaging and labels for this shipment.I did not purchase a cross word puzzle !! E) It's been told clearly before accepting the delivery to get this repaired or refund the amount .Attached are few pictures and video's sent on day of delivery , could not attach everything here

***Coleman Furniture recognizes the frustration the customer has experienced pertaining to the orderPlease note, the customers are responsible for looking at the colors and determining if they are a match to what they currently have. As we did not sell the customer the original chairs that she wants to match the colors for we can not guarantee a perfect color fitAs a concession to resolve this issue for the customer, Coleman Furniture has proceeded with offsetting some of the returns fees affiliated with this orderInstead of the customer being charged for two way shipping to return the item, the customer was only charged a one way shipping fee and the restocking fee. The delivery company did contact me literally moments ago and have scheduled the delivery of a portion of my order, the Catalina Bedroom Set with no matress or foundation for 8/*/17. I do appreciate the willingness of Coleman Furniture to spilt the delivery, but the root of my concern has not been addressed. On 7/**/I was charged for the full order in the amount of $as described, not a hold but a withdrawal. Now I am scheuled to receive a partial shipment valued at $with no indication of additional furniture availability or expected shipment date. So I shoudl have a credit to my account of $and either a cancellation fo the order accompanying this refurd or an expected delivery date for the remainder of the order. I just want to pay for what I get when I know I am getting it

Same issue as previous several emails I will not consider this resolved until they agree to pay for all expenses for the return due to the product arriving damaged and in poor quality If that is not an option better I know now so I can sell it on Craigslist and leave horrible reviews for them on every social media outlet and website I can find no need to continue the correspondence Just need a yes or no if they can process the return covering all expenses If no I will move on thank you for your assistance

I just wanted to touch basics with you in regards to my complaintSomeone has reached out to me and came by today days later to look at my furniture (Bed) and chip Night stand. I was told that the bed was made poorly and that I will receive a call in business days to see what can be done to resolve the issue.Once again I am being inconvenienced, Its been over a month and I have not slept in my bedI was sleeping on the floor for weeks with my son and staying at friends house and paying them to be there..I have never experiences something like this in my lifeI had a good bed and now I have nothingThis is unacceptable. So now I have to wait for Monday for you guys to decide what the outcome is going to be and if/when they can replace the night standI am very upset and disappointed.. I refuse to wait another month for you guys to figure out this issue and have to sleep on the floor or at friends house when I have a home of my ownI paid rent for my apartment for a month and have not been there so I basically paid $for storage for your poorly made furnitureI was also told by one of your representatives that if I wanted to return the bedroom set and get another one I will be charged a 25% restocking fee. and the full value of a new one..After all this trouble I have gone through....This is unacceptable as stated before. ***Coleman Furniture understands that the customer is frustrated. However, the customer received all the his items and signed for the delivery indicating they had been inspected and found to to be in good condition with no damages to the items. The customer called a week after his items were received and advised that he had found damages on his items. Customer was advised that as the items were received with no damages we would not be replacing his items and we could as a courtesy send a furniture touch up marker to him. Many of the marks that the the customer is indicating as damages are actually intentional "saw" marking by the manufacturer. Sharon M***Coleman Furniture

***Coleman Furniture understand the customer is frustrated. We have attempted to resolve this issue for the customer. All items are opened at the delivery company and inspected for damages - that is why the items were wrapped in shipping blankets when they arrived to the customers
home. We understand the headboard had received some transit damage. We advised the customer that as per our terms and conditions that he agreed to when he placed his order we would restore the item and re-deliver to him. The customer declined to have us do so. The customer refused the nightstands as they did not fit into the space he wanted and as per our terms and conditions the customer is responsible for all dimensions. As such customer was refunded minus fees for the return of the bed and nightstands. We would not be refunding the cancellation fees.Sharon M***Coleman Furniture

They resent the same damaged furniture with more damage than the first delivery, I would like to go before a judge and let the judge see exactly what they are doing and how they are bringing damaged furnitureI want a full refund, I was willing to accept brand new furniture in the original manufacture carton, to be opened at my home upon delivery, but Coleman furniture will not allow that
