*** Customer placed order on 11/**/15. On 12/*/customer was advised of a 3-week ETA Item was delivered to the customer on 12/**/15. Within the given ETA. There were issues noted during delivery and we advised the customer to keep the item in their home and it would be addressed with an in home technician We ordered parts for the customer and a *** *** had scheduled to pick up the item to restore on 1/**/and return it to the customer. Customer refused to allow that to happen and cancelled the appointment. We are sending a technician to the customers home to do the restoration. We are waiting for the technician date at this point.Customer has been updated at all times. Sharon M***Coleman Furniture

***Coleman Furniture understands the customers frustration in the mwith the scheduling of her delivery. As such we compensated the customer by purchasing for them the Additional Protection Plan for their furniture.Customer was scheduled for delivery after the initial confusion for a

As mentioned delivery was made July they really expected me to wait until September and not furnish my dining room area and eat in the floor? They are clearly stating that the furniture was ready to rede liver in September From July to September after being told in July that restoration would not take longer than daysThey wanted to return the furniture in September I think this is a huge inconsideration and Hardship to me as the client to have my kids without a table to eat on fromjuly to September due to no fault of my ownI think in this case I deserve a full refund in this matter I have already purchased s dining room set and should not be stuck with two on their errors and damages and lack of consideration*** reopened the claim be ause they are attempting to collect payment from me and I am not willing to pay for something I did not receive in good order with a timely and considerate fashionI purchased in June and the company could not deliver in good condition until SeptemberThus is unfair 100%.

***Coleman Furniture understands that the customer is concerned in regards to the delay they have seen in getting a response to the delivery of their items. However, the customer was advised of the estimated time frame for the item to ship to the local delivery hub. We are within
that time frame and the customers items have arrived at the local delivery company and are undergoing the inspection process. The customer will be contacted shortly to schedule their delivery as we have verified the items are there. [Coleman furniture is not providing the exact ship date, always they are responding or calling and informing that "It is expected to ship xxxx date, but they never provide a exact date, it's been almost months, that I have placed my order, and this response for a reputed furniture company is unacceptable and frustrating, Will Coleman furniture guarantee the ship date at least this time ? every week calling and providing an update doesn't mean that the company is keeping its promises and actively working with the customermere update doesn't deliver the furniture on time or requested timeI would like to get a solid delivery date and it should be at least this week or next week, No one would wish to wait for a long time after payingPlease resolve this issue. ]

I, again, must disagree that the issues I am referring to are considered a customer preference and not poor company standards that the sofa was assembled with such disregard for manufacturing a quality piece of furniture Pictures do not really do the looks of the sofa justice It would have been nice to find that Ashley would stand behind their product and at the very least have sent someone out to look at the furniture to confirm that, when assembled, it was done improperly Which is evident in the tilting seat backs and staples sticking out
My biggest regret with this furniture is that I did not see how poorly it was assembled when delivered I had waited for delivery for months - part of which time I was dealing with damages to the furniture before it was even delivered to me that needed to be repaired, so my main concern when delivered was that the damage had been repaired - never thinking that I should check on assembly and tilted seat backs! Very disappointed in how Coleman Furniture as the seller and Ashley Furniture as the manufacturer stand behind their product

***Coleman Furniture stands behind the furniture that it sells, and as such will honor any warranty on the furniture that is valid. However, the customer purchased and received delivery of their item in August of and the warranty for bedroom furniture is year. The customer is

I have told this company over and over that I do not want a patched up piece of furniture when I paid for new, yet they are determined to "make me" take this piece of furnitureThere is no way to make a simple "adjustment" to move doors over to cover a three inch gapBased on other complaints and my dealings with them where they have not been honest with me, I do not wish to do any further business with them or accept any furniture from them I feel it would be a continual nightmare if I did I have reported this to my credit card company as a full refund is the only option now

I am being forced to decide between keeping two broken/defective pieces and having no further costs or paying $and receiving of corrected pieces Coleman's point that I should have written down my issues at delivery is absurd as it's an internal defect, which was verified by the repairmen the they hired. In a perfect world I would get my money refunded and they can have the couch, but being more realistic the least the company could do is not charge me for the replacement of a defective/broken couch

The amount of compensation offered (first $now $50) is insufficient due to the fact that my out of pocket expenses alone in dealing with this mess equal $$for half a days lost wages for a second time window to retrieve the defective drawers, $spent on drawer handles so the bed could be used while I wait for the matching replacement handles to arrive, (so far nearly weeks and still did not receive them as of 6/**), and $for my trash hauler to remove the tons of packaging materials the second set of (handleless) drawers came inThe balance of what I am requesting is to compensate me for the fact that after all this time spent repeatedly calling, emailing, and awaiting replacement drawers, I am still left with a DEFECTIVE product as the second set of drawers they sent me also do not close completely!! I currently find myself in the same situation as the first day the bed was delivered nearly two months ago, only now the ill fitting drawers are also missing the handles After reading many negative customer reviews about this company (too late) I believe they sell factory seconds to unsuspecting customers and hope no one complains about the poor quality or are deterred from returning the defective merchandise by the excessive restocking fees they chargeBottom line, a storage bed is purchased with a specific purpose in mind and if the drawers do not fit and function properly, the piece of furniture is not meeting it's intended purposeMy request for a refund in the amount of $stands

*** This gentleman purchased an item that has an antique oak finish. As such there are intentional markings on the item to give the illusion of an antique item. During delivery there was a chip that was noted that is not part of the intentional antique lookA technician was
sent to address the chip and customer wanted the technician to address multiple issues that were intentionally created by the manufacturer. We advised the customer that we would not be able to modify the item from the manufactures intentions and the customer was not happy with that and insisted we clear up all the intentional antique marks such as knots in the wood and such.We also advised customer that items do not come straight to them from the manufacturer, instead they are inspected at the delivery company which is why they are not in the original packaging when the item is received at their home. Assembly instructions were not provided to the customer at time of delivery as he did not ask for them. The delivery team completely assembled the item for the customer in the room of his choice. *** *** Coleman Furniture

I never agreed to wait an indefinite amount of time for the delivery of the desks As I stated, copied and pasted verbatim what was the time frame in the email (2-weeks) was the time frame given to me If your argument for not refunding 100% of my purchase price is based on your position that you do not guarantee the delivery time, then that needs to be stated in the confirmation email as a caveat to the shipping time It should have stated that this was not guaranteed My order did not leave the manufacture's warehouse until 8/**, as I was told, so I knew that Coleman Furniture dropped the ball or the manufacturer, or the shipping company I should not be responsible for a penalty since that was the case I did not agree to any terms and conditions I placed the order I got an email stating 2-weeks That was fine I did not agree to further than weeks It's simple Coleman furniture gave me a time frame It was not met Not my fault Order Cancelled Refund 100% of my money.
