resolved, HOWEVER:
After my complaint was filed with the Revdex.com and after unrelenting persistence on my part a Coleman representative agreed to the full refund, thus resolving MY issue with this transaction.That said, I strongly recommend the Revdex.com investigate the business practices of this companyTheir terms and conditions and "fine print" are very hidden and ambiguous so when a purchase is made, all included clauses trap the consumer into essentially purchasing a damaged item without the chance of a full refund, no matter the damage, no matter the shipping time or shipping delaysI was nearly months with still no item and no estimated shipping date. It is my belief that Coleman purchases damaged items at a significantly reduced price, attempts to "repair" them, hikes up the price, and markets them as new and undamaged to the consumerThis in itself is fraud.The there is a delay in shipping because the items sit in a warehouse while repairs are being madeNone of this is made clear to the consumer, and every attempt at trying to locate your item is covered in lies by their representatives.Reputable furniture companies stand behind the products they sale, and if they are damaged, usually the consumer does not pay for that product. I was lied to many times by Coleman furniture representativesTheir deception was debunked only when a representative mistakenly informed me my item was damaged and in a warehouse for repair, otherwise I would not have known I was essentially getting damaged goods with "hidden" repairs. I strongly believe consumers need to be aware of the unethical and misleading methods Coleman uses to trap a consumer into a purchase they will not get for months.THEREFORE I AM URGING THE Revdex.com TO LOOK AT REVIEWS OF THIS COMPANY ONLINE, THERE ARE MANY MANY ALLEGATIONS OF FRAUD AND DECEITFUL BUSINESS PRACTICES

When the delivery did not take place, on 1/**/ the customer opted to purchase another item from a different retailer without giving Coleman Furniture the opportunity to investigate this matterColeman Furniture investigated the issue at hand and determined that the delivery had not taken place due a damage found on the double reclining sofa. A new replacement double reclining console had been ordered from the manufacturer when it was determined that the original item was not up to manufacturer standardsThe customer opted to not take delivery of this item as it been communicated to Coleman Furniture that the customer had already purchase another item. However, our policies and procedures are clearly outlined on website and in our terms and conditions that customers must agree to prior to placing their order. Coleman Furniture spoke to the customer during delivery and were not advised of any damages or defects on the bed. As mentioned delivery was made July they really expected me to wait until September and not furnish my dining room area and eat in the floor? They are clearly stating that the furniture was ready to rede liver in September From July to September after being told in July that restoration would not take longer than daysThey wanted to return the furniture in September I think this is a huge inconsideration and Hardship to me as the client to have my kids without a table to eat on fromjuly to September due to no fault of my ownI think in this case I deserve a full refund in this matter I have already purchased s dining room set and should not be stuck with two on their errors and damages and lack of consideration*** reopened the claim be ause they are attempting to collect payment from me and I am not willing to pay for something I did not receive in good order with a timely and considerate fashionI purchased in June and the company could not deliver in good condition until SeptemberThus is unfair 100%.

They have just sent the return fees which are extremely high, over $although it is printed in their return policy I do not believe it is ethical to have customers pay anything for products that arrive damaged and poor quality productsjust because something is printed it doesn’t make it right
I am requesting a return and full refund with no shipping or restocking fee That is the only solution that would be satisfying to me otherwise I will not proceed with the return and ensure that I share my feedback whenever and wherever possible so that other customers do not have to experience this I appreciate any assistance that can be provided

once again, we, the customer had to contact Coleman Furniture in regards to this order to find out the status of our shipmentThe response from the company says that we would be contacted this week to schedule a delivery and this never happenedI am choosing to escalate this and I would like to know what can be done on your part because I am ready fir my next move of contacting my credit card company and claiming fraud against Coleman as I was billed a month ago and still have no merchandisePlease advise on the next steps to take. Images are attached Based on the attached images, I strongly disagree with Coleman's response that states that the manufacturer determined that the images meet manufacturer's standards And if this is true and as I requested in email dated 07/** to Coleman to please help me understand by sending written supporting documentation from the manufacturer's on their letterhead stating that these images meet their standards along with manufacturer's contact information.

***Coleman Furniture understands the customers frustration and wants to get this issue resolved . The customer ordered a living room set. The manufacturer inadvertently sent and incorrect item. This was caught during delivery and customer was advised she could keep the out
of correct items in her home and the 3rd would be delivered to her as soon as we received the correct item from the manufacturer. Customer was concerned about the color matching and dye lot issues and we assured the customer that the items would be of the same color dye lot and there would be no color mismatching - customer refused to accept her delivery and refused to wait for the correct piece to be sent - as such - with a cancellation of her order fees would be assessed We can deliver the items to the customer - including the correct item she wants if she would like to accept her delivery. Coleman has again misrepresented the situation and the amount is still in dispute with the credit card company Coleman issued a partial refund despite my advising them that I would be disputing the charge and to not issue me the refund Coleman represented to the credit card company that a refund for the item was issued, however, that is not 100% accurate Furthermore, Coleman furniture again misrepresented the reality of the situation to the credit card company by telling the credit card company that I failed to appear on the date of the delivery in an effort to get a resolution in their favor I have coordinated with Bank of America to place the outstanding balance for the cost of the couch back in dispute based on additional evidence presented I did not reach out to Coleman furniture prior to the purchase of the couch to confirm the dimensions because I assumed, incorrectly, that the representations made regarding the size of the couch on the website would be correct and that the dimensions would not need to be confirmed pre-purchase Additionally, I trusted that the company would retain a reliable and competent delivery company who would make a good faith effort to deliver the purchased furniture Instead no good faith effort was made to deliver the furniture as the company arrived, was on site for minutes, made no effort to move/maneuver the couch into the home, and left quickly before allowing me to call the furniture company to work something out The couch purchased was the exact same size as the couch previously in the home (down to the inch) which was moved into the home by professional, competent, and reliable movers There is no explanation as to why Coleman could not have delivered the purchased couch other than to keep over 50% of the purchase price while alleging that it is the "purchasers responsibility" to ensure that the couch is delivered even when using an incompetent delivery service who made no effort to deliver the product

***Coleman Furniture understands the customer is frustrated, however, we have tried to resolve this with the customer and fulfill her order. Coleman Furniture has a very rigorous quality control procedure that mandates all items are inspected for defects or damage prior to delivery to
customer to ensure that items are at 100%. Unfortunately the customers item did not pass inspection and customer was advised of this. Customer opted to cancel order instead of allowing us to resolve the issue for her.A replacement item was ordered for the customer and the customer was offered a monetary compensation for the delay in delivering her order. Customer decided that she wanted to cancel her order and as such cancellation fees were assessed. In this instance Coleman Furniture nor the manufacturer has has any issues to correct The description "Select Hardwood: is an industry standard and Coleman Furniture has to hold with the belief that today's consumers when purchasing items online are aware of what certain terminology means Coleman Furniture can not change their website as this is the correct production description as received from the manufacturer and is not deceptive.Sharon M***Coleman Furniture

***When a customer places an order online they are responsible for all dimensions and the dimensions of each item are clearly indicated on our website. Upon arriving at the customers home our professional delivery personal were able to determine that the curvature and overhang for the
customers stairs would not allow the item to be successfully delivered without damage to the item At that time the customer was given the option to sign a release of liability waiver that would enable the delivery personnel to attempt to deliver under those conditions We advised the customer that he could accept delivery and bring into his home himself, however, if he was not able to accept delivery and cancelled his order then fees would be assessed as he is responsible for the dimensions and ensuring the items he purchases are able to fit into his home.Sharon M***Coleman Furniture
