The response still did not address the fact that the dimensions on the website are incorrect. I understand that the table is correct but because the dimensions listed in the website were incorrect, the table did not fit into my kitchen. As you can see below, the width shows 30.25" but the width of the table is actually 48". Nowhere in the dimensions does it state the table is inches. This is what I'm upset about. Coleman did not offer an exchange for another table or a store credit or even a discount for this purchase. ?Please see the website link below to understand my complaint.?Dining Table: 30.25"L x 30.25"W x

I, again, must disagree that the issues I am referring to are considered a customer preference and not poor company standards that the sofa was assembled with such disregard for manufacturing a quality piece of furniture Pictures do not really do the looks of the sofa justice It would have been nice to find that Ashley would stand behind their product and at the very least have sent someone out to look at the furniture to confirm that, when assembled, it was done improperly Which is evident in the tilting seat backs and staples sticking out
My biggest regret with this furniture is that I did not see how poorly it was assembled when delivered I had waited for delivery for months - part of which time I was dealing with damages to the furniture before it was even delivered to me that needed to be repaired, so my main concern when delivered was that the damage had been repaired - never thinking that I should check on assembly and tilted seat backs! Very disappointed in how Coleman Furniture as the seller and Ashley Furniture as the manufacturer stand behind their product

MadelineColeman Furniture has repeatedly tried to resolve this with the customer All items are opened at the delivery company and inspected for damages - that is why the items were wrapped in shipping blankets when they arrived to the customers home. We understand the headboard had received some transit damage. We advised the customer that as per our terms and conditions that he agreed to when he placed his order we would restore the item and re-deliver to him. The customer declined to have us do so. The customer refused the nightstands as they did not fit into the space he wanted and as per our terms and conditions the customer is responsible for all dimensions. As such customer was refunded minus fees for the return of the bed and nightstands. We would not be refunding the cancellation fees.Sharon M***Coleman Furniture

***Coleman Furniture is working diligently to get this order fulfilled and delivered to the customer. As we advised the customer their table did not pass inspection and we needed to order a part from the manufacturer to restore the item The part has shipped from the
manufacturer and will be at the local delivery company shortly. The item will them be scheduled to the customer. Once the delivery is completed we will reimburse the customer $as compensation for the delay

We feel that we did not get heard by Coleman Furniture.A company should not be able to send out unqualified delivery personnel that do not know what they are doing, confuse everyone and leave not doing their paperwork correctly to allow Coleman Furniture to ' NOT STAND BEHIND AN EXCHANGE OF BRAND NEW PIECE OF FURNITURE THAT HAS CLEARLY A MANUFACTURE DEFECT PER THEIR FURNITURE TECH that came at a later date . This defect did not occur in transit and Coleman Furniture should have to be accountable for the exchange. Unqualified delivery people is the problem, they did not know anything about furniture, or how to write up a report! We should be able to live with a beautiful table with our chairs and not look at our table with pure disappointment with a defective finish from their factory!!!!!

Leather does not flake off, it wears but doesn't flakeAs I indicated I was told it was not leather by a reparable dealer.I asked Felice C*** (Director of Operations) twice if this was genuine leather and she would not give me an answer If I receive something in writing from Felice C*** indicating the set, I have, is genuine 100% leather then I would be inclined to accept Coleman's proposal.Note: Would Coleman pay to have an independent leather expert look at the set. I am responding to the claim that the third party in this case Coleman AKA Renegade furniture was the receiver of the funds and did not supply the product as orderedThey attempted to reconcile for an inferior product and I did not purchase the product as was delivered and would not accept furniture in different dye lotsWhile conversing with them the delivery men agreed that I should be accepting furniture in new condition of the same dye lot at the same timeThe company refused to understand although I attempted to explainWhile the conversation was taking place the drivers packed up the what was delivered and put it back on their truck.Simply put I paid for a new piece sectional of the same dye lot to be delivered at the same timeNothing more, nothing lessWhy should a consumer be subjected to accept anything other than what was expected? This is a breach of contract by the shipper and third party and I want my money refunded.Please explain why I or any other consumer should be the injured party?

How can Coleman Furniture think the product was properly described when their meaning for Select Hardwood is not what a reasonable consumer would think? How was I supposed to know what their definition was? There is not glossary of terms on the website where I could have found out that information. I made an assumption that the word hardwood meant solid hardwood and not pulverized hardwood that is mixed with adhesives and formed into a shape. That is an assumption I am sure all consumers who are not part of the furniture industry would make and an assumption Coleman Furniture was counting onFurthermore, if Coleman Furniture feels that manufactured wood has so many benefits then why not just label the table and chairs as “manufactured wood and veneers”? It is because consumers will not pay as much for as much for manufactured wood furniture and have come to associate furniture made with manufactured wood as being low quality Coleman Furniture purposefully used a confusing term in order to deceive me into making an incorrect assumption that the furniture is made of solid hardwood covered by veneers. This is why I feel I deserve a full refund. It does not matter that manufactured wood has the benefits claimed by Coleman Furniture. It only matters that the product description intentionally made me assume I was going to receive a different product than what I actually received.I do not want a $refund for a $2,000+ purchase. I want a full refund and the product description to be changed on the website since it has now been brought to Coleman Furniture’s attention that the term “Select Hardwood” is extremely deceiving

[[after reading the other complaints against Colemans furniture I realized this is the standard response that is given I was told by the man that delivered the bed that Colemans gives customers the run around when they try to get things repaired He said that the concerns I had were valid Including the nails popping through Now their response is that it is " normal"I have never had nails popping through brand new furniture Now the paint is peeling off the bed rail I have included pictures I had correspondence with Candyce from Colemans via email She sent a warranty claim form At the bottom of the form it states that the customer is responsible for any shipping cost if the product is warrantiedI have attached the form Essentially it is another way to ensure the customer will not put in a claim for their warranty This is unacceptable! I can only imagine that the next thing they will say is the peeling paint is " normal" too I ask that their is accountability for the warranty of this product.

***Coleman Furniture has been working with this customer to get her the cushions she has requested. The customer received delivery of their items in January of and contacted us in February of advising they had issues with their cushions. The customer was outside of their
warranty and as a courtesy we told the customer we would send them cushions which were sent. The customer has since advised they need more cushions. We advised that as they are outside their warranty we can attempt to send the items if they are still available.
