This is the response I would have expected, because they don't care about the clients that they are servingThis response simply proves that they do not care about ripping off anyone and wanting return business-- and it is quite evident I'm right about that based on the numerous complaints filed against them through the Revdex.com and other sourcesWhatever they say, the color was not what was advertised or identified in any of their materials and representatives of the shipping company they utilize have attested to thatThey will stick to their misguided and "being right" but is that what they should do to be customer oriented? I know that as the Revdex.com you cannot do anymore than take the information and comments I provide, but if I had the means, I would take them to court and make an example out of them!

I have told this company over and over that I do not want a patched up piece of furniture when I paid for new, yet they are determined to "make me" take this piece of furnitureThere is no way to make a simple "adjustment" to move doors over to cover a three inch gapBased on other complaints and my dealings with them where they have not been honest with me, I do not wish to do any further business with them or accept any furniture from them I feel it would be a continual nightmare if I did I have reported this to my credit card company as a full refund is the only option now

***Coleman Furniture has diligently tried t work with this customer. However, there are no actual issues with this furniture and all issues are a matter of customer preference.Manufacturer standards means that the item is as advertised intended per the manufacturer description as provided by the manufacturer and listed on our website.It also means the item is free of any defects or damages caused by the delivery company during delivery.Coleman Furniture, as an online retailer does not have any warehouses. We work with multiple delivery partners across the country and contract local deliveries to our customers through them.Coleman Furniture has addressed all issues that the customers items were delivered with, however we can not continue to address additional issues that the customer finds as these were not noted or present at time of delivery The customers items are leather, and as such will have all the characteristics associated with it, such as wrinkles. As leather is made from animal hide and not a manufactured product there will always be slight variations in the texture of each separate piece as different hides are used. However, all dye lots are identical and items are the same color/ polishing match.Coleman Furniture already refunded the customer $for the compensation for the issues the customer had and as as gesture of good will and in an effort to resolve the issue for the customer we would refund an additional $75.00. I have agreed the the course of action on the condition they actually follow through with it. Which to this point they have done a very poor job of following through with what they say. If on July *** they actually put together the furniture I paid for months ago Along with actually refunding me some of the money, that they agreed to I will accept this, after it shows up in my bank account. However I cannot close this case until they actually do what they have agreed to do

*** This customer received an original delivery on May **, of his bedroom set and refused the bed as he believed the manufacturer had sent the incorrect size bed. However, the only items that were incorrect were in fact the side rails. Coleman reached out to the
manufacturer and immediately had the correct rails sent. The correct rails were sent to the local delivery warehouse on 6/*/and customer has been scheduled for 6/*/16 delivery.Customer has had the night stands in his possession since the original delivery on 5/**/16. We are unable to adjust the pricing on the item as sales prices are given to us by the manufacturer and are only available on new orders placed with the manufacture at the time the sale is going on. As a courtesy for the delay the customer experienced we have offered the customer a refund of $and the customer refused. In our terms and conditions that all customers agree to when they place their order we advise that all delivery time frames are estimates and that we do not guarantee a delivery date for any orders when customers place their order. All customers are advised that based on their delivery address, the local delivery company will schedule their delivery at the first date available but that due to the customers location there might be additional time customers must wait for delivery.The customers order arrived at the local delivery time and customer did not want to wait for the delivery date to their area. Customer cancelled their order and was refunded minus restocking fees as outlined for cancellations in our terms and conditions. Although I appreciate the willingness of the business to remove a portion of the non refunded charges/fees, I must still return to the the point of the discrepancy, which is the depiction of the color of the two woods The two depictions on the website of the Weathered Nutmeg and the Vintage melange appear to be identical Hence, this led to the telephone call to the sales department at Coleman's to assist in determining the accurate color The website pictures and the email confirmation picture of the product have virtually no difference in color, only name Sincerely,

There was one attempt made by the furniture techincian to repair a brand new headboardI will not accept a repair on a brand new piece of furnitureThe furniture technician waited weeks for the headboard hardware to come in before even making an attempt to contact me to talk about a repairIt has been weeks since the new dresser was ordered and still have no tracking for this dresserThe mirror that was part of my order still has yet to be delivered. I will not accept a $reimbursement for any troubles that I have went throughI want to return this furniture at no additional cost to myselfIt has been weeks and I still have an incomplete order along with damaged furnitureThere has only been a single attempt made to repair a brand new piece of furniture

**complaint is resolved after much hassle and back and forth on my part. What I was trying to communicate was their
practice of business I do not find satisfactory. When initially ordering with Coleman Furniture they make delivery sound like a great thing. Not the hassle it turned in to! The delivery company they hired is not professional. Their lack of timely communication and missed appointment is what lead to all of this. Multiple times delivery company told Coleman they had talked to me. I was calling Coleman back to see where we were at in resolving as I could not get an answer at delivery company or a voicemail returned. Coleman believed delivery company had communicated with me like they said; they had not. Coleman Furniture should take a look at who they have representing their name! The company provided a lack of follow up with their responses regarding the return of the couchI have email chains to provide from when I contacted the company originally to when they finally called to say they were coming to pick up the couch and they range over a months timeThe company has no wiggle room when applying charges yet has no follow up or customer service to support their needsI would have been happy to oblige if the company had communicated properly and considering I called to return the couch the DAY OF receiving it, they should have arranged for quick pick up, without additional fees.

As we have advised the customer and their banking institution while resolving this with them, the incorrectly received item would have been ordered for the customer and could have been delivered to her home while she kept the other two items. Per my warranty the leather frame,etc shows is covered for yearsAs to the mattress paying a $shipping fee is robbery and never explained to me in the beginning as it should haveWhen I purchased this sofa bed I was told things like yes it is great basically I was sold the world and the best possible warranty, and what I got was something different than what I purchasedI did not purchase a sofa bed knowing it would be garbage, in fact that's why I agreed to the extended warranty before purchase I was told the warranty covers everything then latter on when you actually need the warranty you are told a different storyWhy does my warranty say it covers my sofa bed for years but never shows what is and what is not covered, so I just went by what the Coleman company told me viablyBottom line is I have a warranty that shows a year warranty but you will not except itAlso as the mattress goes can I pick it up exactly how much is shipping it is to much the cost of the shipping I could purchase a mattress it is insane.

I'm sorry, but I don't agree with thisI do not think a time frame of Dec*** to February *** (days) is reasonable to let a customer wait on a functional working couchYou gave us two confirmations the couch would be delivered on a specific date, only to find out the day after the delivery was supposed to occur, that it was not working properlyAfter the two confirmations the couch would arrive in working condition, we sold our old couches because we didn't have room to store them and you made it clear you needed the area clearedIn addition, you did not fully compensate us for your issue as you are making us pay a restocking fee for a couch that never got delivered

***Coleman Furniture understands that the customer is upset regarding the delay in having their order delivered. We do not guarantee a delivery date for our customers. One of the customers item did not pass the initial inspection process before delivery and as such a replacement
part was ordered for the customer. The customer chose not to wait for the part to arrive and delivery to be scheduled. As the customers order could be fulfilled we advised the customer that if they cancelled their order there were fees that are assessed.
