The company has reached out to me twice and keeps advising me someone will call me and come and attempt to repair the damaged furniture however still no one has called me still to this day and I have had this damaged couch in my home for theee weeks now and $is a joke for the three weeks of frustration and lies that I am keep being told withI results givenThis company keeps telling lies and they won't even contact via phone they always send an email saying per our conversation and they haven't even talked to meive left messages for the operations manager who won't even call me backvery unprofessional company

I reject Coleman Furniture's responseI do not want you to order a third tableI have been very clear that this order was placed on December *, and your company has repeatedly not gotten it right My client has purchased another table from another companymonths is unacceptable to wait for this and I expect a FULL creditWe do not want the furniture at this pointI have repeatedly told your customer after care for two months that I want a creditThey have been ignoring my response and keep saying that they are sending another table (which has still not happened by the way). This is horrible customer service and I feel as though you are now doing everything in your power to hold on to $restocking fee for furniture that after months has still not been deliveredWe don't want it any moreYour company failed to deliver on what was ordered and it is too late to try again for the third time I want to be done with this and I expect my money back in full for furniture that I never received!! This is also in dispute through my credit card because this is unacceptable customer service at every turn

***We understand the customer is upset in regards to having to wait for the refund he was expecting. However, the customer has initiated a chargeback (dispute) with their credit card for this transaction. Since that has happened the funds for this have been frozen and we cannot

*** Coleman Furniture orders items directly from the manager to the customer. As such all items are brand new and customer does not sell used furnitureThe customer purchased a Jessa Place Chocolate Left Arm Facing Sectional. The item has a plush upholstery fabric that is very
sensitive to touch. As such it can also reflect light differently. The items the customer received were verified to be what the customer ordered and as brand new as they were shipped directly from the manufacturer to the local delivery company. As the items were verified to be correct and up to the manufacturer standards if a customer chooses to return an item there are fees that are assessed per our terms and conditions that a customer must agree to at the time they place their order.Sharon M***Coleman Furniture

Coleman Furniture still seems unsure whether they admit the furniture was damaged or notThey alternate their stance every time they answer this complaintI am unsure how they think I can accept a redelivery of this sofa when the same person states a different position regarding whether the sofa was damaged or notThe sofa was damaged and Coleman agreed with me that I would not accept a damaged sofa and that the "deal" would be completed weeks agoThey breached our agreement by delivering a damaged sofa and not completing the transaction in a reasonable time frameI am unwilling to pay any fees since they breached our agreement.Thanks you,*** ***

*** Customer placed order in June and received order August 2014.
Customer was aware of delivery time frame and had no issue with it at
that time. Customer refused delivery of her dining room set as the
table was damaged on 8/* - we advised the customer we were ordering replacement and would update her
with an ETA. On 9/* customer would not accept re-delivery. Customer
initiated a dispute and the dispute was settled in our favor. Customer
does not want to accept delivery. We have advised customer of

My complaint has NOT been resolved because I was deceitfully advised by Coleman Furniture While Coleman Furniture has responded by simply stating that they stand behind their policies, I have been charged a restocking fee after Coleman Furniture deceitfully advised me that they would deliver the item I ordered in 4-weeks Coleman Furniture did not deliver as they advised I have a transcribed voice mail that Maxine from Coleman Furniture left me on July *, 2016, stating SPECIFICALLY that my item would be delivered in 4-weeks Had she advised on July * when she left that voicemail that the order would arrive in 8-weeks, which is outside of my time frame before returning to work and school as I explained to both Maxine and Steven during ordering, then I would have had opportunity to cancel the order at time However, I did not cancel the order at that time because I was informed that I would receive the item in 4-weeks, which would have been the first or second week of August within my scheduled time frame When I talked with Coleman Furniture the second week in August, I was advised that the delivery company would call me at the end of August to schedule delivery The delivery company left me a message stating that they did not know when they would have a truck coming to my area This entire process has been deceptive Coleman Furniture deceitfully advised me and their delivery company was vague as well, neither of which is good business in any form.

Upon delivery of the couch, there was a pull in the a cushion This original issue of the pull was settled with an agreement of $compensation however a week after delivery of the couch, there was a second issue - a large hole resulting from the seam never being properly sewn at the factory- with the RAF loveseat cushion that is NOT addressed here in their response at all and it was because of this seam hole and their LACK of customer service that I requested the furniture be taken back I reported this second issue and after days still had not heard one single response from them, as outlined in my original complaint to the Revdex.com After waiting days and several attempts to contact someone at COlemans, I had to call to receive any service regarding this defect It is because of this second issue, defective furniture that I filed this complaintColeman's Furniture does not address this issue in their response to my Revdex.com complaint that I filed Their response is incomplete and inaccurate and they are totally disregarding my complaint which is a major defect in the furniture and extremely poor customer service issues

The legs to the dresser were/are not damagedWe have them at our houseThis is the first I've heard about damaged legs and replacement of the legsI'm attaching pictures for your referenceThe first picture, coleman1, is of the dresser as it was delivered to us originallyThe dresser was damaged upon arrival (even though Coleman assures all its customers that the furniture is fully inspected before delivery)The 2nd and 3rd pictures are of the "repaired" furnitureThis is what Coleman considers repaired and 'restored to 100% factory standards' We have agreed to have the dresser delivered a 3rd time b/c Coleman advised us that if we refused delivery it would be considered a return and our money would be refunded minus shipping and a 25% restocking feeWe don't want a repaired dresserWe want a replacement, however, Coleman is making it difficult for this to happen by insisting that their policy is to repair first and then replace the damaged item. If a product is found to have damage, and damage is noted on the delivery receipt; we will send a the necessary parts and correct the problem at our expenseRemedies may include, but not limited to repair by a professional furniture repair technician, part replacements, both repair and part replacements, or a full unit replacement, all at no cost to the customer

*** The delivery company scheduled the customers delivery with the customer for 4/*/16. At the time of delivery the drivers contacted the customer and he advised he was unable to accept delivery and would not be able to do so for another hours. Drivers are not able to wait for extended periods of times past the delivery time frame and advised the customer he would have to reschedule. The missed delivery and re-delivery fee is $and the customer is responsible for that. Coleman Furniture has already waived one fee and can not waive any additional fees. ***Coleman Furniture wants to resolve this issue for the customer and understands they are frustrated. We have been in contact with the customer and have advised her that we are working with the manufacturer to get this resolved. The needed parts for the delivery company to get this resolved are being sent and the customer will not have to do anything except receive delivery of their order. We have advised the customer that we will compensate them in the amount of $for the delay in getting their chair. The chairs came in a package of and cost the customer $for both so we are already compensating well over 10% for the item that had an issue.
