***Coleman Furniture understands the customers frustration and is working diligently to get the issue with their order resolved and delivered t them. Upon inspection of the customers item it was found to not be at 100% manufacturer standards. A part was ordered from the manufacturer
to completely restore the item. That part has arrived and a certified technician is scheduled to install the part. Once thee part is installed th customer will be immediately called to schedule their delivery.As a courtesy for the frustration the customer has expressed we will be purchasing the Additional Protection Plan for the customers order.Sharon M***Coleman Furniture

The company delivered damaged furniture to my house, I have tried to attached the pictures of the damaged furniture in this email times but the system keep saying is an error The company have more than pictures were the furniture was carved deep into the wood, they try to cover up with some varnish, but the company should be responsible for these damages and replace the furniture as they advertised on their website I will be able to send the pictures directly to the Revdex.com if you requested.

The furniture was received by the babysitter at the time of delivered, but that doesn't take the responsibility from the company that they knowingly delivered furniture with damages that were carved into the wood furniture as the pictures in this email shows( I have more pictures I can provide if necessary) I was out of town at the time of delivered, but when I came home and inspected the furniture, I clearly notice the damages all over the furniture. ***Coleman Furniture understands the customers frustration. Our delivery partners always call our customers with a delivery time line. This customer was not at home during the delivery that he was scheduled for. While we were at the customers home we attempted to reach the
customer to deliver their items. The driver waited at the customers home for over minutes while attempting to deliver the items. As the customer was not home for the delivery there will be a re-delivery fee that customer must pay. We have advised the customer of such and are able to re-deliver. Customer has been refunded as per our terms and conditions and the refund will be reflected in his account within 3-business days.

*** Coleman Furniture attempted a delivery of the customers items on April *, 2016. At that time thew customer refused the item stating that the item was damaged. The item was returned to the delivery company where it was restored to 100% manufacturer specifications. Per the terms and conditions that customers must agree to before they place their order: If a product is found to have damage, and damage is noted on the delivery receipt; we will send a the necessary parts and correct the problem at our expenseRemedies may include, but not limited to repair by a professional furniture repair technician, part replacements, both repair and part replacements, or a full unit replacement, all at no cost to the customer.Customer agrees to allow Coleman Furniture, the manufacturer, and/or our shipping agents the opportunity to remedy the damage or defect issueCustomer agrees to accept the remedy selected by Coleman Furniture, the manufacturer or the Coleman Furniture shipping agent.If customer does not allow Coleman Furniture to send a replacement or repair it and would rather cancel the order then let us remedy the problem, customer will be required to pay a 25% restocking fee and actual shipping charges.The item was fully restored to manufacturer specifications and customer will not accept delivery. *** Customer received their items on January *, 2016. At that time the customer inspected their items and signed the delivery paperwork stating all items had been received and were in good condition. Customer contacted Coleman Furniture on February **, and advised Coleman Furniture that he was noticing the pieces comprising the sectional were not even and were sitting at different height. Customers issues were addressed through our warranty program and a replacement was ordered for the customer. As our warranty guidelines detail if a replacement item is supplied to the customer then the customer is responsible for replacement shipping costs for the item. As a courtesy we reduced the cost of the shipping by $to the customer but would not be able to waive the fee in its entirety as Coleman Furniture is proving a new item to the customer at Colemans cost.Customer has indicated that he has a preference to keep the portion that has been deemed as being needed to be replaced. We are unable to accommodate the customer as that piece has been deemed defective and as such we would not be able to match up a corresponding piece to make the unit a whole.Customer only has defective piece and that is being replaced via the warranty program. I am rejecting this response because all they did was copy and paste what they originally saidI want an answer to my first rejectionI will either pay $100 for delivery (Which I DO NOT feel I should have to do, a REPUTABLE company would pay for delivery of a replacement for a defective piece of furniture) or I want them to fix the side couch that's defective - at no cost to meI will continue to reject their response until I'm satisfied
