This company does not care about customer needs!!! They still have not fixed a existing kitchen repair, but still made me pay my service feeThey have hung up on me when I called to resolve this issueTheir supervisor never returned my call to resolve that issueNow, they dispatched a sheet rock company that will take a week to repair wall holes, that their plumber made in my bathroomPlease stay away from this companyThey have been rude, unhelpful, and inadequateIt's horrible that they can treat their customers like that

Terrible service by the vendors and Fidelity takes zero responsibility for the vendors they send to the house! My kitchen refrigerator is broken and ** placed the "RUSH" request for me with *** ***After the technician visited the house and inspected the fridge - it took them days to file a report saying that *** authorized technician is required for this repairWhy send unauthorized vender on the first place??? I keep calling ** to remedy the situation and all get from your company is 20+ min hold times then dropped callsFinally I managed to talk to **, they said their dispatch is looking for authorized dealer to schedule an appointment to come see the fridgeThe dispatch is looking for that person for TWO DAY now** refuses to give any time estimate for finding a repairman, obviously than it will be more time until actual appointment, then ordering the partsAND ITS ALREDY BEEN WEEK WITHOT FRIDGEIT IS SUMMER AND 90F HERE - MY FAMILY with kids NEEDS REF

The electricity went out in my homeI contact my home warranty company and they filed an "emergency complaint." Their vendor never contacted me, never showed up, and when I called and filed several complaints, nothing ever happenedThe electricity is still out at my home and the phone representatives keep insisting that I've canceled the contract, but can't provide any evidence to support this claim

Our tub spout was leaking and broke offFidelity sent a plumber from *** plumbing out to fix itWhen the plumber came out he was very rudeWas hesitant to answer any question, but said that he fixed the issueHe put in a new pipe for the spout, elbow, and lead pipe behind the wall ( I made sure to keep checking in on him, because of how stand ofiish he was, to see what he was doing)I specifically asked him, if there were any leaksHe said he checked and there are no leaksAbout days or so after the supposed repair, I started to see a puddle on my bathroom floor when taking a showerI called *** plumbing back and informed them of the issueThey informed me that I had to contact Fidelity back and do a "recall" ticketI called fidelity back and spoke with a gentleman that was the most polite guy I have talked to at FidelityI informed him of the issue and told him that its leaking so back that there may be structural damage now, because the wall behind the shower in

They refuse to repair appliances that are covered under warranty

I bought a condo on 9/1/The Seller bought a home warranty from Fidelity to cover any issues that may come up doing my first year of ownershipA few weeks after living here, I noticed a substantial leak coming from my showerI called Fidelity to report the issue on 9/13/They sent a plumber to check it out on 9/16/While there, the plumber and I noted a few other issues thatI called Fidelity that same day to try and add them to the claimI was told that they would have to create a separate claimOn 9/22/they requested more information about the inspection that was performed during the escrow processThat same day I emailed them a copy of my Home Inspection ReportThree weeks went by with no response from FidelityOn 10/7/16, I finally went to the website to follow up on the issueThey finally responded back to me on 10/17/16, by email, to deny my claimThe email read as follows: "I apologize for the delay you have experiencedFNHW has obtained a report from the

Completely incompetent home Warranty Company Their client support team is offensive and arguementative They don’t resolve the issues and won’t return calls I highly recommend using another Home Warranty Company and as a Realtor I’d be happy to recommend other companies

We had a leak in our spare bathroom that cause some minor damage downstairs due to the fact that it was a small drop that went unnoticed for some time I put some caulk on the leaky pipe joint to contain it while we worked to get the home warranty company to fix the plumbing issue When the plumber arrived, he stated that there was no leak, so he couldn't repair anything There is obvious caulk on the pipe and evidence of slight water damage immediately below (paint cracking/peeling slight spots on the ceiling) He left without addressing the pipe joint that the caulk was containing When I called FNHW to request that they correct the issue, they told me that since the problem wasn't obvious and the plumber couldn't recreate the issue (he didn't try to remove the caulk) that they don't cover that type of repair The joint would have to be actively leaking for get fixed I tried to explain that it would cause additional damage to the house and they may have to then repair that, such as mold abatement and drywall repair, to which I received a response of, "FNHW doesn't cover secondary issues such as mold." So basically I have to pay for a proper repair out of pocket, or I have to pay for repairs due to much more significant damage and possible health concerns Once I realized that they would not assist with the plumbing issue that is part of their contract, I asked for a refund of the $service fee, which they refused to provide They stated that if I could recreate the problem (I.eMake sure the pipe was leaking), they would send another plumber out at that point to fix the leak on the same work order Will I renew? NOPE! I recommend you don't waste your money either!

I recently acquired a new house (December 2017) and the seller of the house purchased Fidelity National Home Warranty (Fidelity) for usAfter living in the house for months the Jacuzzi in the master bedroom stopped working for usImmediately, I filed a service call with FidelityIt took Fidelity weeks to have someone come out and look at the JacuzziThe company that came out to look at the Jacuzzi told us they would get back to us within 2-daysI never heard back from the firmI called Fidelity to find out what was going onAfter a hour minute wait to talk to a representative I was told that my claim had been declined as the company felt they did not have access to the Jacuzzi to trouble shoot the problemI expressed my concerns with FidelityFidelity however was not listening to my problem and kept saying it was not a covered benefit and finally hung up on meSecond, I had another issue with my swimming pool suctionI called FidelityThey again sent out a firm c

I submitted a claim for a broken air conditioner on July 9, It is now September 11, 2018, over two months later, and the air conditioner still has not been fixed/replacedAs of month ago, the AC repair company says the AC needs to be replacedEverytime I call the AC repair company, they say to call FidelityWhen I call Fidelity, they say to call the AC repair company

By far the ABSOLUTE worst home insurance company to dateWe have been trying to get a pipe fixed that connects our kitchen sink, dish washer and refrigerator for over a month with absolutely no helpThey sent out someone the first time who REFUSED to go under the house because "he wouldn't fit" when the gentleman who originally told us about the leak was able to fit just fineSo no service that dayThen, another man came and was to look behind our refrigerator but was requiring my 110lbs mother to move the fridge out of the way because it was a liability for him to do itSo again no serviceEach and every single time we call to put in a request, we are placed on hold for over hours at a time, collectively among multiple phone calls because the system hangs up on us after an hour and a halfOn top of it, they, without notice, suspended our warrantySo the option of even trying to figure this out online is also out of the questionThis company should be 100% shut down

On 8-5-we placed a service call because our pool motor stopped workingThe technician came out on 8-5, spent less than minutes looking at the motor and declared it shorted out and needed to be replacedHe didn't show anything to me, or tell me anything unless I asked specific questionsIt really felt like he just wanted to leave and be doneIt took him days to submit his report to the warranty companyI called on 8-because we hadn't heard back from anyone and the pool was getting green by then and I didn't want to get fined for a green pool or wait through the weekend for a repairAfter an hour and a half on hold I finally spoke to someone who said the claim was denied because the motor was missing a part where the wires go into the motor, and so they won't cover itI called back several other times since then to discuss the issue and pointed out that we have comprehensive coverage which is supposed to cover improper installations, repairs and modifications as wellT

March 29th we bought a house that came with a home warranty, we did every inspection we could while in the process of purchasing this house, checked for underground oil tanks, sewer line check, full home inspection ***since we were moving to the *** area and wanted everything to be checkedUpon the inspection we noticed that the AC was not tested, we reached out to the home warranty as well as the tittle and Sellers Realtor to make sure that if there was any damage to the AC unit it would be covered by the warranty companyAll assured us that as long as no preexisting conditions were noted the Warranty company would cover the repair/replace of the AC unitApril 23rd (Approximately) we turn on the AC unit and the unit does not work, we call the home warranty company, they are extremely rude, we put in a request for service, they send a man out to check the unit, he states that there is possibly damage to the unit because of dog urine, however the primary cause of the damage

My wife and I purchased a home warranty from Fidelity National Home Warranty (FNHW) for our house in *** *** and paid extra to have the hot tub/spa included in the coverageI met with the sellers at the house the day escrow closed (November 10, 2016) to have the sellers demonstrate to me how to operate the jets, blowers and heater on the SpaAt that time, everything was working fineLater that day my wife and grandchildren enjoyed using the spaWhen the spa stopped working, I contacted FNHW and they sent a technician outOn December 30, I received a letter from FNHW stating the failure could not have occurred within the coverage period and therefore the claim is not covered by the warrantyI have sent them copies of the HOME PROPERTY INSPECTION REPORT, the REAL ESTATE TRANSFER DISCLOSURE STATEMENT (TDS), and the SELLER PROPERTY QUESTIONNAIRE (SPQ) that all clearly state the spa was was in working condition prior to the sale of the houseIn addition to this documentation,

It's the worst ever warranty and they just want your money and NOT fix the issueI've living with a problem-ridden fridge for past months and after visits from warranty people , the issue still exists

I can not emphasize strongly enough how mismanaged my warranty claim was - and currently still - isMy tragic tale all started on Thursday, December 27th of I was in my garage when suddenly what started as a steady dripping (turning eventually into a stream) of water started pouring through the drywall of my ceilingI quickly rushed to shut water off to the house, but that did nothing to affect the leakAs far as I was able to deduce, the upstairs tub/shower (which sits directly above where the leak happened) is the culpritI quickly informed my family member who was using the tub/shower to avoid using it until we could have someone come out and fix the leaking/burst pipe causing the issueI called fidelity that night and they said they were expediting my claimThis is where things slowly spiral even more downwardHad I been allowed to simply contact a local plumber, they would’ve been there the very next morning to fix my issueI know this because my first instinct was to call local and they said they’d be there the next day However, fidelity makes you go through one of their contacted plumbers, so a call back to my local guy to cancel it wasIt wasn’t until the next afternoon that I even received the plumbers Information from fidelity, and even then when I went to schedule with their plumber that they’d wouldn’t be over until the following day (Saturday, two days after the leak was detected)I book the appointment and the plumber no calls- no shows on meI check the plumbers reviews and they have consistently bad reviews of no cashowing and doing shoddy work, with many of the reviews were from people forced to work with them through fidelity claimsI then call fidelity back to get a new plumberAnother day goes by before I get their information, and then two days later is their soonest availability (Thursday the 3rd, a full week after the leak occurred)Once again, the plumber is a no cashow and their reviews were even worse than the previous plumber, also once again mostly from people forced to work with them through fidelityWe called fidelity back that same day demanding a manager and we’re promised a call within the hour along with a new plumberThe next day (over hours after they were supposed to have had a manager call us back) I call againAgain I demand a manager, only to be put back on hold for another ten minutesOnce someone picked back up, they weren’t even a manager, but a standard call center repI demand a manager again, but this rep now says that I can only be put on a list to have a manager call me within 24-hoursneedless to say we are not happyAs things now stand, we are on day with an active leak, have called fidelity over times trying to get a plumber out here, and are STILL waiting for dispatch to give us someone who will (hopefully) show up to an appointment — that’s all dependent on if fidelity has any plumbers contracted with them that can even understand what it takes to get a two star review on ***
