Water recirculation pump in my house diedContacted Fidelity National Home WarrantyThey scheduled to have a water heating company visit my houseThis is a second time this pump has died, and Fidelity selected repair company replaced the last pump at Fidelity's cost (fully covered by home insurance)Last time, the only repair was the replacement of the failed pumpNew company sent (*** *** *** * ***) technician suggests all pipes need to be replaced and new valves installed and Fidelity stated all these costs will be at home owner expenseContacted Fidelity and explained that these changes are not needed and were not needed last time eitherAsked to have a different company do the jobThey refusedOnly option they offered was cash payout for the pump, and not replacement costAdditionally, they also charged me extra for service charge, even though there was no work done, and technician did not charge either me or FidelityNow I have to find my own plumber, pay

The WORST warranty you could possibly findMy AC is not working for a week and they could not find anybody to come out here to fix itThe third party contractor they arranged scheduled to come and check my AC days after I created the request but they never even showed upWhen I called the FNHW, they told me to find an outside contractor who could come and fix itI did what they told me but now they are telling me to pay either $out of pocket or wait another week for them to find someone who "may" come here to fix itThis is totally unacceptableI have been waiting here in Texas weather with no AC trying to get a service from them

A company with the most horrible customer serviceIt is just a scam to dupe peopleStay away from themI was facing problems with my air conditionerThey were quick to get the $** deductable and sent someone for initial diagnosisThese contractors could not figure out the problem and the company then told me to go out of networkThe out of network service providers diagnosed the problem with the systemThe compressor had gone bad and it also burst outAfter multiple calls with the company and on providing documentation, itemized labor and equipment charges they tell me that they will send out their own technician again since they work with these kind of HVAC units and they were not sure why the first technician could not figure out the problemThe new technicians come and diagnose the problem and they tell me they will repair the system but the ideal solution should have been to replace itOn contacting the technicians and asking them the ETA of the repairs they tell me that they cannot reach the company and they are not able to bill out for the repairsThe agents who work for this warranty company are so unreachableYou will never talk to a single agent and each time you call them you will have to narrate the entire storyThey have ridiculously long wait timesEvery time I have to wait over 45mins on averageAfter the agent comes on line they make you hold more to check on your case statusAny time of the day you calla automated voice will say HIGH CALL VOLUMES AT THIS TIMEThis is *** every timeThey have purposefully made the system to be unreachableIts been over months and I still don't have an ETA over when my AC will start working againWe did not do our research in buying home warranty and just took what our agent gave usI hope no one has to go through them again

Paid for "SERVICE"; received careless attitude
Do NOT use Fidelity National Home Warranty! They DO NOT value their customers! My policy was paid in full last week (over $800)Today I woke to find a broken water line and spoke to a supervisor who told me there were plenty of other people in front of me with problems..get in line! We were originally told this wasn't that big of a deal by a CSR and that we "could wait"My husband had to explain the water was non-stop rushing and a valve was broken (and we have sick children at home, so turning off water wasn't an option).Instead of trying to help, they sat on this issue all day long without any resolution - I could have had the issue repaired on my own by now! Why did we pay for this "service"? All we've encountered is rudeness and carelessness! This is the worst customer experience ever! I'm honestly feeling like this is nothing short of a scam! If this company genuinely cares for their customers, they need to re-train their age

Claim for my dishwasher (6th claim with company) since December 18th Today I was told they can not replace my appliance because they don't have a model or serial number on the unitHowever, this was/is the primary reason contractors have come to my home in total of timesThe dishwasher has since caught fire and unknown if there is damage due to the poor approach taken by the home warranty company and the contractor who has chosen to fix the unit with parts that do not fit the unit

For almost years I have been a loyal customer of this companySince the day we have moved in, we have continued to have the same issue with our a/c unit, times to be exactEach time they will come out bandage it together and cross their fingers it worksThey have continued to refuse to replace the unitI have paid an additional $*** in service fees on top of my annual co tract amount to not have my warranty company fix an issue for more than an average of 3-monthsRegrettably my only recourse at this time is filling a complaint with the Revdex.com *** *** *** *** ** ** *** ** * ***Hopefully someone reads this and remidies this problem so others don’t waste their money thinking their warrranty company is goi g to do anything other than the bear minimum they need to do

In Feb 2018, *** flagged my oven as gas was leaking, and I could smell itI put in order with Fidelity Home Insurance , and they sent out someone from * * * *** ***The technician diagnosed the problem as needing a new ignitor, and replaced itI dont remember him testing it, or if he did , it was just to turn it on and offThey replaced it in March I used the oven very seldom but smelled gas the first time I used it sometime in AprilI assumed it was just exceess gas burning off., as I thought my oven was repairedI used oven a 2nd time in May and smelled gas still., badI called the appliance store directly, and they said I needed to put in a new order with Fidelity, as it was past days, even though I only used the oven times(BTW The part is warranteed for days, and this was a failure of diagnosing properly, or a faulty part) I felt angered by this and thought maybe the oven was okI used it more timesUPDATE: On August 6, 2018, I called ***

Fidelity Warranty has horrendous, disrespectful "customer service" I had called to request plumbing services per my contract and when the plumber arrived at my location, they spent less than minutes and rendered no services and then left They informed me that no charge would be made to Fidelity home warranty I confirmed with the plumbing company that no charges were made and that a waiver of the $service charge made to me by Fidelity was usually made However when I called Fidelity after receiving the $bill to request the waiver I was treated with abrupt, rude, and disrespect I had asked the supervisor *** yesterday at 3:10pm to escalate my request and he flat out refused which is something I've never experienced I have been a customer of Fidelity's for over years at times with multiple properties and am appalled by the lack of regards for a loyal customer

This company is BADYou will pay more than four hundred dollars up front Customer service is worstThey are UNETHICALWait time is huge and service is non-existenceSupervisor will send the technician to check the problem for earlier serviceService provider didn't gave any service as they came as recall of earlier service and says no payment needed but company will send you the bills anywayThen your call and stupidity startIt's waste of your time and money:(
Please save your money and go some other palaceI would go a class action if there is oneBEWARE and you are WARNED!! Never again!!

We have been with Fidelity for almost years and have had our fridge fixed times and this time they are denying our claimThe first time they fixed it the fridge wasn't working it wasn't coldWe called for service and they send out a company and I cant look them up on the website because it only goes back a yearthey fixed then and now the same thing is happing and its not cold and they send out a company ** *** *** and he said it needs a compositor or somethingWe find out that Fidelity is denying this and we have done nothing to the fridge and they have a bogus reason why they are denying it

Fidelity National Home Warranty has illegally denied my claim leaving me to live without any electrical power to my bedroom, bathroom or closetFNHW also delayed deciding my claim for weeks while in lived (and continue to live) in sub-standard living conditionsFNHW denied my claims based on the electrician's assumption/guess that the short in the wiring is due to either a nail, a rodent or the wires having melted through their insulationElectrical wiring and rodent infestations are both covered by my policy yet FNHW denies the claim saying they will only cover "wear and tear" which is undefinable and extremely vagueElectrical wiring and rodent damage are on the other hand specific and both are explicitly stated in the contract agreementFNHW is blatantly violating the terms of our agreement and taking weeks to decide the claim is also unacceptable and demands explanationI demand that FNHW respect the terms of our agreement and performs the repairs to my electrical

On 02/02/2018, I contacted the Fidelity Home Warranty Company and informed them that the sewage line was backed up in the kitchen disposal side of the sink which was also backing up into the adjacent bathroom sinkI advised them that I needed a plumber to come out to clean the linesI notified them that the tenant would meet them at the property and allow them accessThe tenant told me later that the plumber from *** *** *** came to the property, looked in the sinks and saw that there was no standing gray water in the sinksHe claimed that per the warranty he could not do anything unless he saw water in the sinkHe left without doing any true diagnosis such as removing the main sewage drain plug, etcThe lines were not cleared and the tenant has addressed the problem by not using that side of the sink and limiting the use of the adjacent bathroomI contacted the Fidelity Home Warranty Department who claims that the service call was providedThe problem remains and no r

I submitted a service order request to have my Oven repaired after it broke on December 27, The initial repair company *** *** *** *** *** ** ** *** *** came out to fix the double oven that was not working at all The top or second oven didn't work at all and the second wouldn't even open when he came to repair it The initial repairman sent out by *** *** *** *** only fixed the bottom oven He was given a check on December 29th of $to cover the cost of the repair call
My husband made about calls to *** the repairman who promised each time he would come to fix the problem He never came! I contacted *** to inform them of the problem The customer service representative said they will report the vendor and reassign the order to another vendor The second vendor *** *** *** *** was assigned on January 24, 2017, a month after the initial service order was sent out The second repairman from *** *** *** *

I originally opened the case with Fidelity home warranty on July 31, for a broken refrigeratorAs of today, two months later my refrigerator is still brokenI am pregnant and have a toddler so living without a fridge is a nightmareI have called Fidelity multiple times letting them know that my fridge was still broken and that the company they contracted to fix the fridge was unresponsive / not giving me updatesFidelity blames the contract companyThe contract repair company is blaming Fidelity for not approving replacement part requestsAt this point, it is Fidelity's responsibility to either fix my fridge or replace it in a timely mannerThey chose the contract repair company and are supposed to be managing them, not me

I had Fidelity home warranty service on my dishwasherThey sent a technician who replaced a partWhen he was gone, the soap dispenser began only working intermittentlyI called Fidelity again to inquire about the issueThey sent the same guy who said found no mechanical failureBut, the issue persisted when he leftI called again and Fidelity sent another tech who refused to try the dishwasher with soap in it to prove that it doesn't workTo shorten the story, I got inappropriately charged again for the service call fee which is $Here are the problems I have with Fidelity: No one informed me that there would be the second charge involvedThey had multiple chances for that I spoke with them on the phone multiple timesThey somehow messed up my work order and I had to call them back to request another work order after waiting daysIt's been almost a month and I'm stuck with this dishwasher that doesn't do the proper jobThe letter sent from Fidelity with a notic

Hello, I would like to complain to a service provided by the insurance company Fidelity National Home WarrantyWe have a contract which covers home appliancesOur refrigerator broke down on 4/29/17, and we requested a service on 5/1/from the insurance companyThe first service appointment was scheduled on 5/2/from to 6pm by Repair companyThe technician came about 7pm!, checked the refrigerator and claimed that a compressor needs to be replaced (took about minutes)The appropriate parts were ordered and the second service appointment was scheduled on 5/17/from to 12pm (two weeks later!)The other technician came in-time, replaced the compressor (took about hours) and claimed that everything should workHowever when we checked the refrigerator in the evening it was not workingThe next service was requested and scheduled on 5/24/from to 12pmThe technician came in-time and claimed that an evaporator is broken (took about hour)The parts were ordere

I'm not even done with them yet, and I think they must be truly evilWorst customer service of ANY company I've ever done business withOne day I held for more than hoursNO option to leave a message for a call backNO choicesI GET IT, YOU HAVE A HIGH NUMBER OF CALLS*** HIRE MORE PEOPLE*** They should be ashamedI live in the deep south and have an air conditioner that just stopped workingMore than a week later we are not close to a resolutionI wish there were negative stars

My wife and I purchased a home warranty from Fidelity National Home Warranty (FNHW) for our house in *** *** and paid extra to have the hot tub/spa included in the coverageI met with the sellers at the house the day escrow closed (November 10, 2016) to have the sellers demonstrate to me how to operate the jets, blowers and heater on the SpaAt that time, everything was working fineLater that day my wife and grandchildren enjoyed using the spaWhen the spa stopped working, I contacted FNHW and they sent a technician outOn December 30, I received a letter from FNHW stating the failure could not have occurred within the coverage period and therefore the claim is not covered by the warrantyI have sent them copies of the HOME PROPERTY INSPECTION REPORT, the REAL ESTATE TRANSFER DISCLOSURE STATEMENT (TDS), and the SELLER PROPERTY QUESTIONNAIRE (SPQ) that all clearly state the spa was was in working condition prior to the sale of the houseIn addition to this documentation,

It has been one week and one day without A/C and it still has not yet been fixedMy family (including my year old and year old children) live in southern California where temperatures this time of year are 110+It does not sound like we will have it fixed this week eitherCruel and dangerous

We had a burst sewage pipe last night and we called fidelity this morningThey told us that we have to wait until the next day to get a technician to our houseThat’s more than hrs since the burst and since the phone callAllegedly, because it’s NOT and emergency (citing no other structures are being damaged) and it’s the holidays -Nov 21st-, so they can’t send anybody until thenWe also asked if we can get another plumber contracted by ourselves and then refunded by them, of course they said noPerhaps I should invite them over for dinner, so they can smell the pleasantness that is raw sewageUnacceptable!
