Extremely RudeMy AC gave out yesterday on a Saturday which happened to be the hottest day in Los Angeles in years, I also have an elderly dog and year oldMy wife and I called to see if there was any sort of emergency service we can have access to in order to expedite getting our AC unit working in what I would call Dangerous Temperatures degrees and upInstead of giving any sort of answer or even once of politenessWhomever we spoke to was not only uninterested in our problem but extremely rude about itI dont feel I was at all rude or frantic on the phone and was met with only unkindnessNow I am getting a service call on a Sunday on my own dime even though my home warranty is good till March 31, 2018, because we were told we would just have to wait two more business days to be contacted to have our unit looked atThanks Fidelity National

One of the worst companies I have ever dealt with! No customer service, rude, doesn't cover anything! Found multiple reasons to not cover things on policyCalled multiple times to just see if/when they could get out for a AC servicenothinghard to deal with

On 8/my downstairs AC unit shut offI contacted fidelity to have a AC tech dispatchedThe tech came on 8/and ran some test and determined that my breaker had lost a leg of powerAfter pulling the breaker he found that the breaker never tripped and melted the breaker to the bus bar in the power boxThe tech moved the breaker to the bottom of the box and put a 40A instead of the recommended and previously used 30A and suggested to get an electrician Fidelity dispatched an electrician and they came on 8/he determined The bus bar and the surrounding breakers were all damaged and all he could do was move the three affected breakers down lower and couldn't replace panel due to warranty restrictionsSo now I have open breaker areas with a melted bus barI called fidelity today to try and get my panel replaced and they tell me that they wont replace it because the contract doesn't cover second hand damage caused by initial failure such as water fire etcI don't think they

I open an order for a service they sent The worst plumbing company, the person that came Check at outlet that was working perfectJust making a noise, he stayed there for 5/minutesAnd when he finish I don’t know doing whatHe said it was cause the water high pressure make that noiseI said it was fina and he leftWhen I tried to use the toiletI noticed that the water valve was closedI open it and find out that he left it close cause he broke something insideAnd now the water is likingThe toilet was working perfect!!! Just with a noiseI let fidelity know what was happening and they didn’t take any responsibilityAnd I payed them $** dlls for a service that wasn’t done and now the toilet is brokenI want my money back or the service done ASAP.!!!

I have claimed AC failure four weeks ago, but Fidelity Home Warranty still haven't fixed it yetI live in ***, it's degrees every day! Fidelity never calles me to report updateInstead, I have to call them every week and spend an hour each time to wait for a customer representative to give me one or two sentences about the statusIt is such a painful experience, especially because of my months old baby cry day and nightI feel guilty and angry, Fidelity Home Warranty is such a fraud!

We have been with Fidelity for almost years and have had our fridge fixed times and this time they are denying our claimThe first time they fixed it the fridge wasn't working it wasn't coldWe called for service and they send out a company and I cant look them up on the website because it only goes back a yearthey fixed then and now the same thing is happing and its not cold and they send out a company ** *** *** and he said it needs a compositor or somethingWe find out that Fidelity is denying this and we have done nothing to the fridge and they have a bogus reason why they are denying it

We placed a service call regarding our AC unit on or around August 3rd, At the initial complaint we were told a service technician would call us but three days later we still hadn’t heard from anyone so I called them and scheduled to have a company come out and diagnose the problemFidelity sent out a company called *** ***, who upon further investigation I learned has horrible reviews from customers in my area dealing with warranty company issuesWhen the guy came to my house the first thing he did was ask me for payment of my co-pay which had already been paid through Fidelity at the time I placed a service call which the guy knew nothing about he said He looked in my unit and my breaker box and determined that I was having an electrical issue not a problem with my unit and told me that he would send in a report to the company in the morning to let them know that I would need an electrician to resolve an issue with my breakerI waited patiently for over a week to he

The sales department sells seller's coverage but when a seller encounters a problem, they are told it must be a pre-existing condition As a real estate Broker, I will no longer recommend this company as a preferred warranty company They don't stand behind what they sell!
They employ managers like *** ***, who has the customer service skills of a toad Not everyone is out to dupe the system There are many of us with integrity and value truth!

They don't stand by their service to ensure the job is done right by their vendorsI had to pay for the same service twice, when the original service wasn't done right the first timeFidelity National Home Warranty provides horrible customer service, and are only focused on every dollar earned and not the quality home services

They are slower to respond than specified in their contract, they charge to replace items that their contract says they will replace as covered, their decisions to repair or replace items can take weeks Overall it seems they are encouraging you to pay someone else or do it yourself instead of put up with their hassles and delays

On Aug 24, our main drain in the house backed up, and water from showers, toilets, etc was coming up the drain the in the basementWe called right awayNo contractor could come out that dayThe next day I reached out to the Fidelity numerous times checking to see if/when a contractor would be out to fix the drainThey could not get a response from any of their local contractorsThis was not a holiday, or a weekendIt was nearing the end of business hours and I finally received authorization to use my own contractor if I could get one out that dayI found one that could come outThey didWe followed all the steps for diagnosis, authorization, phone calls and paperwork that Fidelity neededThey authorized the workThe contractor did only the authorized workWe were very clear that only the authorized work be doneMe, my husband, the contractor and the person with Fidelity in authorizations were all in agreement on what was to be doneContractor finished work, we

I think this company is a scamThey either don't pick up or put you on hold for over an hour only to transfer you and put you on hold again until you finally hang upTheir diagnostic fee of $costs more than it would to buy replacement parts and replace them yourselfThey have no option on their website to get an authorization to do any work or buy parts yourself for simple thingsMostly, they just never respond -- I think they're trying to annoy customers enough so they don't actually use the warranty that they paid forThis company is trying to scam customers

We have had a home warranty with *** for years We have paid for septic coverage which is advertised as covering one pumping a year We used this service two years ago when our septic tank needed to be pumped...there were no technical issues, it was just full They sent *** plumbing and it was pumped for the $deductible Now our septic is full again, I called to get it set up for pumping and the man took my claim and said a plumber would be coming to confirm it needed to be pumped, at which time I paid my $deductible over the phone They sent a plumber who said they cannot check the levels in the tanks I called to let *** know that the guys they sent could not check the levels At which time they tell me septic pumping is only covered if there is a stoppage in the house I called back to gety $returned to me since they took a claim over the phone that wasn't covered At this time the representative spoke to someone in the authorization department who

Fidelity National Home Warranty is a scamTheir customer service is rude and dishonest and will do everything in their power to deny a claim The plumbing company that they sent out to fix my water heater was a below average company with poor ratings and they failed to fix my heater Fidelity would not send them out again Do not for any reason send them your inspection report Their customer service rep said they needed it to authorize further work which was incorrect and not in line with their contract Avoid this company at all costs I have never encountered such an unprofessional and dishonest company SCAM!!!!
