This home warranty is very inefficient, take so long to book you appointmentsMy refrigerator is not working for almost months and still giving me appointments to replace pieces that had already been replacedKeep going in circlesI can't see an end on this

We contacted Fidelity National Home Warranty, the company that we have our home owners insurance through, at the end of June due to appliances not workingAfter sending various technicians to assess the problems, it was determined that our oven, dish washer, and refri**rator needed to be replacedThis step alone required countless phone calls on my part to follow upFidelity kept saying that they did not have the reports from the technicians, or that information from the report was missingI even reached out to the company, who supposedly did not submit the information, and they said they completed all information, even refaxed it, and the claim was closed on their endAfter reviewing the copy of the report they gave me, they had in fact completed all of the information that Fidelity kept saying was missingUltimately, we chose to replace the oven and dishwasher through Fidelity and take the "cash out" for the frid**We have encountered numerous issues along the wayIt is Septe

We have a home warranty with this companyWe opened a service ticket for an inoperable oven in March, It is now September, still no working oven, several e-mails to the company, phone calls and we simply cannot get this resolvedOur warranty comes up in October, and I'm sure this has become a delay tactic to avoid having to pay a repair bill!! I have been hung up on repeatedly after being told I was being transferred to a supervisorThe wait time to talk to anyone is never short of thirty minutesYour website has hundreds of horrible reviews, all one star - only because you have to select at least one I'm sure! And, you rate them an A+After I wrote a review, I read several others, all the same story as mineThis company feels like a complete scam

I have nothing positive to say about this company We just moved into our house and I called to get a plumber out to fix our bathroom sink that wasn't draining properly We also had a cracked sewage pipe that we weren't sure if it was covered by the warranty The rep assured that the bathroom sink was covered and would be repaired I had to pay $for the service call I should have waited and paid, but I paid in advance When the tech arrived he said he couldn't repair the sink and that the pipe was not leaking so it wasn't covered So I essentially wasted $ I called back to dispute the charge I was forwarded to a supervisor named, *** *** has customer service skills He was abrupt, rude, and interrupted me several time to try and get his point across He at one point told me to "listen" I remained calm but *** was not He had a pointed tone and was more concerned with being right than making his customer happy He has no business talking to customers much less being a supervisorI'll never use their services again It's a rip off and they clearly don't value good customer service

Fidelity home warranties gave us the run around for weeks on our furnace issueThey told both myself, spouse, and the technician that they were covering the entire cost of the furnace replacement minus a $** fee which was completely fine with usThey then contacted us to tell us they were only covering a little over half well after the furnace was replacedThey lied to us and the tech multiple times and drew this process out over many hours over multiple weeksI went to leave them a review on *** and saw that many other people had similar problems and the word "scam" was thrown around a lotThey lie, then lie about lyingIf it weren't for us getting some money reimbursed, still hasn't happened, I'd honestly say this company is a scam

We have had service with FNHW since we bought our home nearly years agoWe have had our AC unit go out times in last yearsThe last time a couple of months ago the company sent out determined it was patched many times but an old unit at the end of its lifespanWe sat with them for hours while they filled out necessary reports to get authorization for a new unitWhen we did not hear back and called FNHW stated they were waiting for them to fill out report (This had been done in our presence)Finally after going back and forth FNHW elected not to use them but sent another company (probably so not to get a new unit)The new company stated we did not need a new AC it was just a leak and they got authorization right then and there and fixed itTen days later it went out AGAINWe contacted FNHW and they told us just to call that companyBetween the company and FNHW telling us that we had to call the other for over a week we finally got them back outThey found another leak

Called today due to my pool filter issues and was able to get ZERO information about what is covered before I decide to spend dollars to have them come out VERY rude customer service, I spoke with an Angie who stated she could not transfer me to her supervisor that I would have to hang up and call back - also refused to give me an agent ID or first initial of last name or any information to get me to the right person all while speaking in a very snotty tone Wouldn't recommend this company at all!

I'm not even done with them yet, and I think they must be truly evilWorst customer service of ANY company I've ever done business withOne day I held for more than hoursNO option to leave a message for a call backNO choicesI GET IT, YOU HAVE A HIGH NUMBER OF CALLS*** HIRE MORE PEOPLE*** They should be ashamedI live in the deep south and have an air conditioner that just stopped workingMore than a week later we are not close to a resolutionI wish there were negative stars

Submitted a request to have my AC fixed on a MondayIt is now Thursday evening (degrees) and still no ACTemps are in the upper 90s now but projected to be over on SaturdayWe have told them repeatedly that we have an infant daughter in the house and now they say it could be an additional 3-days just to get the partWhile I understand their interest in saving as much money for the company as possible, no one will offer us a reasonable solutionThe last agent that I spoke to literally suggested that I go to *** and puchase a small AC unit but when asked if Fidelity would pay for this, he stated that he would have to transfer me to a supervisorAsking customers to wait almost days for an AC repair when there is an infant in the home and temperatures are exceeding degrees is not only negligent but borderline criminalThey are quick to take your money and sign you up as a customer but forget about them trying to help you out in an emergencyI'm sure this service would be great if all you need is the occasional drain unclogging or lightbulb change but if you are looking for a home warranty company that will actually help you, this is NOT it!

Cannot believe I am calling them for the 6th time trying to get a service provider for my claim, or a claim determination I wait on hold for 50+ minutes each time I call They say they will return a call and never do, so I continue to follow up They have service providers that live over hour away, noting close so it is hard to obtain anyone that will actually look at fixing the problem with our electric There is NO WAY I will ever do business with them or recommend them How do they stay in business, why does the state continue to let them operate in this manner? I want to give them negative stars but the option is not available

I called Fidelity National Home Warranty (I have a contract) on July 6th because my AC stopped workingThe wait times on their phone lines are ridiculous - minutes and moreI tried to create a work order online / their website as wellI was told a vendor would contact me soon to set up a repair datedays of 90+ degree temperatures later, I received a call from an HVAC company that said they could not even come out to LOOK at the problem until days laterWe were in a heat waveI said that was crazy and tried to contact the warranty company again to see if I could get another vendor out here soonerJust getting someone on the phone again (another minutes) was tortureIt took almost another week until I received a call saying they had contacted another vendorIt was crazyIn those sweltering days, I just called a local HVAC guy to came and fixed it the SAME DAY for $***I am now out of pocket for $***, plus I had to pay for this worthless home warranty contract

I AM SO DISAPPOINTED; I READ EVERY REVIEW AND EVERYTHING THAT HAS HAPPENED TO ALL THESE PEOPLE, HAS HAPPENED TO ME THE A+ REVIEW SHOULD BE DROPPED TO AN F-

On July 9th I submitted a service request for our air conditionerOn or about July 15th a technician from *** *** came out and did something that did not resolve the issueOn July 17th I called Fidelity back and they re-dispatched a technicianAt that time, the tech determined the air handler and the condenser both needed to be replacedIt took until July 27th for Fidelity to approve the purchase order, this was only done as a result of my repeated calls and escalations at FidelityIt had been over degrees for over a weekOn July 30th the tech came out to install the new systemHe encountered a problem and had to return the following afternoon with additional parts, it was after 9:p.mat that pointOn July 31st the tech returned and worked for hours only to determine the condenser was badHe then reached out to his contractor, ***, for a replacementNow *** is saying they want to give him something to repair the defective unit and the tech is refusing becau

We had an emergency situation on a Saturday with an extensive leak with the faucet filler to our poolWe have been with Fidelity since when purchasing our home paying our yearly contract fee and service fees promptlyThey left us holding the bag on this one - from the initial phone to their agent who placed the dispatch call on hold, to obtaining an out of network plumber on a Saturday as this was an emergency, to filling out all the extensive paperwork, to several follow up calls to Fidelity to receiving a generitic letter from Fidelity - to even offering to pay half of the $which we paid for the out of network company, to all the necessary paperwork and even sending a *** package to Fidelity with all the pertinent information - to date we have not even had a replyThey never answer the phone, they tell me all the managers are in a meeting and all emails and paperwork go answeredI have had two conversations with a supervisor *** who has done her best..I must say th

As is indicated from other people's comments and reviews on Yelp, what this company's policies actually cover is very littleThere are more exceptions, things that they will not cover, than what they will coverI don't know what they pay contractors who come out to tell you what isn't covered, but as the homeowner, you pay the home warranty company for any service related callI had to call them twice in the past year, due to my useless realtor buying me this junk policy, and they basically covered almost nothingI cannot believe that they have a positive review on the Revdex.com site, as their practices are very misleadingWhen they say they cover something, as in electrical or wiring, they don't cover so many aspects, that you cannot really get things fixed

This firm is awfulOnce they have your $$ they deny claims, don't return calls and put you on hold for plus minutes at a timeDo not use this company, save your moneyTruly terrible serviceWe have been trying to get a response for over weeks on our appliancword yet after calls

I bought this house with the existing water heater that is in placeIt was making massive knocking/banging noises and I noticed the hot water didn't last as long as when I first moved in a few months before*** *** *** *** sent out a companyHe said it is making hot water, can't replace itI then asked why I didn't see water in my yard; didn't he flush the unit at least? He was about to leave without telling me anything, but he answered me: "You have inches of sediment at the bottom of the tankThere are huge ROCKS in your tank making that knocking soundI can't flush the tank because the rocks are too big and will break the drain"I said that sounds like a broken water heater to me, you can't even service it, and the 4" of sediment is already affecting length of hot water in the shower*** *** *** *** is notorious for scamming out of honoring warranties and *** is a goldmine of star, very angry and frustrated reviewsAs angry as I was, I b

I had a leak in my kitchen, water was coming out of wallsI shut water offI found water had seeped into my walls behind my kitchen sinkI filed claim, spoke to Fidelity plumber and we ascertained the dish washer was leaking from the bottomHe does not repair appliancesThe wall was covered in mold and water and I removed the wall to gain access to dishwasher and stop the mold and water damageFidelity says they do not cover the replacement of the wall as it is my faultThis is nonsense, as the wall was soaking with water, and moldyThey offer no remedy

I submitted a claim for a plumbing issue because I had a warranty through FNHWEssentially, the tub stopper had broken off and I wanted to get it replacedI submitted a claim online and FHNW assigned the claim to *** *** *** came out and stated that they could not fix the tub stopperIndeed, the person from *** *** was so bad at his job that he didn't even know how to find the correct make and model of the tub (hint - it was underneath the tub)Before we called *** ***, our tub drained fineAfter *** *** left, our tub would not drain and the bath was unusableWe called *** *** back to fix the drain they stopped up; they returned and told us that they did not have the right tools to fix the drain they stopped up, so *** *** contacted FHNW and transferred the matter to another plumbing serviceThis other plumbing service called me and left a message, which I returned the same dayThey did not call me back for approximately five days after t

AC went out on 7/3/after multiple min holds and being hung up they finally said we will send the next available techThat tech comes out 7/The inside home temp was degrees and blowing degrees out the vents which the recorded and verbally said we will be back to replace the coilI followed up the next day going thru the same long waits only to have them reply the techs didn't turn in the paper workThen I followed u again with them for them to say they techs reported nothing was wrongNow Im battling *** with the authorization department who wants to send out another tech that wont be out until 7/After blaming me for the high call volume he continued to slander the outside company that is going to come out tomorrow and repair the AC
