[redacted] I did an amazing job at tuning up my a/c today. He was very kind and courteous as well as knowledgeable and trustworthy, I will continue to use Service Champions as my go-to heating and air conditioning company for now on!

Called to have a preventative maintenance call before the cold weather. Got a morning appointment and a pre-call prior to arrival. Efficient, helpful, diligent and very attentive to any and all questions while the work was being done. [redacted] did a great job. Thanks

Service Champions replaced a furnace/AC system in our previous home approximately 7 years ago. That entire experience from beginning to end proved very positive for us. We recently moved to another home and realized we needed a new system here. We did not hesitate to call Service Champions knowing they would provide prompt, reliable, service. The technicians and installation crew were friendly and efficient in getting the job done in a timely manner. There was no clean-up for me to do once the job was complete.

I want to say that my communications with Service Champions was some of the best I have had in my 45+ years of home ownership. The support staff at the office was exemplary, very warm and professional. [redacted] was the service person who came to my home today to to do a WOW Furnace Tune-up on my system.

[redacted] was very professional, courteous, well groomed, friendly and even offered to change my furnace filter if it needed it, and offered to replace any light bulbs if needed. He got right to work and when he finished he left my home neat and clean, just as he had found it. He explained every aspect of the furnace and what needed replacement. I did not choose to replace the parts, as my furnace is 14 years old and he did not pressure me into purchasing them or any kind of monthly service plan.

When I need to have my furnace replaced, Service Champions will be the place I call.

[redacted] and his crew arrived at our home on time to replace our air conditioning system. He and his crew worked efficiently and neatly and answered our questions. When the work was completed, they did a great job of cleaning up. [redacted] stayed behind and explained to us the permit process that will follow. His instructions were very clear. We are happy to give [redacted] an "A" rating.
