Today, May 10, [redacted] of Service Champions, South Bay, came to my home for the 6 month check of my heating and air conditioning systems. Both [redacted] and his assistant were dressed very professionally and went over my furnace and air conditioning systems carefully and systematically. They checked every aspect to ensure that everything was in working order and pointed out to me those issues that will have to be addressed in the near future. I was very impressed and pleased with their work and look forward to a return inspection in 6 months when I will want to discuss upgrading my aging air conditioning system. The service I received to fix a furnace within our home was outstanding starting with the customer support. I was given explanation from [redacted] on every test being performed to final resolution. This helped me understand some of the mechanics behind the furnace which can allow me to diagnose problems ahead of time and possibly resolve on my own. This is the FIRST time I was contacted by the customer service department that indicated the service person and customer service as a TEAM. Very professional and appreciated everything that this group of people had done for our furnace

Bezalel was great and answered all of our questions. We're very happy with the customer service that both he and Service Champions provided us in getting a new heater/condenser system.

motor. He arrived on time, was quick with the installation and very polite.
There was also a lifetime warranty on the part.

He was very clean so the spaces where he worked looked just as good when he was done as before. We were very happy with the entire experience, including talking to the scheduling personnel, so much so that we purchased the MVP package for a year. Absolutely will recommend this company to my friends and neighbors!
