[redacted] with Service Champions was polite and professional will helping me with my air conditioner.
[redacted] from Service Champions Concord showed up right on time for winter tune up of heat/ac system. He was knowledgeable and personable. [redacted] explained what he was doing and why. Upon completion he described current condition of my system and what to be mindful of in future. Overall, [redacted]'s visit was an enjoyable experience. I've had other Service Champions technicians tune up system and they all have been a cut above. Service Champions must have a great hiring and training program. And the best part? My dog liked [redacted]!

We sincerely apologize for the service that you have received, as well as any and all frustration you may have experienced. At this time, we have been able to come out to your home to take a look at the unit, along with...
the noise that the unit is creating. At the appointment we did find the condenser is located outside of your window and the lineset runs through your room, causing some of the noise that you are referring to.
In an effort to resolve the communication issues and lack of timely return calls from us, Brett Colvin was able to reduce some of the noise at no charge. Now, in order to earn future business and live up to our Top Rated Customer Service with your installation, we have extended the offer that you have accepted, of a complimentary noise cover. If the unit is still too noisy, we will be more than happy to extend an offer of a significantly reduced relocation offer for the unit. We would also like to extend to you a discounted maintenance plan, as the five years without Tune-ups is a factor in the noise we noticed on our service call on September 24, 2015.

[redacted] came to fix our air conditioning issue. One of the areas in the school was not cooling off. He seemed very knowledgeable and interested in fixing the problem. He was very patient and worked quickly to replace the capacitor.
I am very pleased with Service Champions. The technician was courteous, professional and efficient. He did the inspection and necessary cleaning of my HVAC system and also provided information regarding Air Scrubber Plus, an addition to my HVAC system that could reduce dust, allergens etc. I am considering installation in the near future.

He discussed his findings and recommendations with us and suggested things to look for in the future. We were very happy with his service. They arrived on time for their appointment and were pleasant and very helpful.

We originally asked that [redacted] come and do our tune-up. Unfortunately, he was stuck with a previous job and will not be available until later in the afternoon. Service Champion sent [redacted].
I could say [redacted] did an excellent job training [redacted] as he was very thorough with the tune up of our Heating/Air Conditioning unit. [redacted] is very professional as was [redacted].

[redacted] from the Concord Service Champions was great! He was the on-call tech today, Sunday, July 3, and couldn't have been more polite, efficient and friendly. He solved my problem within half and hour and it wasn't really a problem with the AC unit itself!
[redacted] was helpful and informational about the heating problem. He was also professional, friendly, and knowledgeable.
[redacted] helped us understand the furnace options available to us and guided us through the process to understand what would best suit our immediate and long term needs.
Once we had made our decision, as promised, he ensured that our furnace was installed on the day we requested.
