Our heating unit needed a check up, it was making a loud humming sound. I called Service Champions and [redacted] appeared at our door right on time. He quickly found the source of the noise, showed me what the problem was and gave me the options on repairs. [redacted] was very knowledgeable and had a kind and charming personality. Will use Service Champions again.

I had an excellent experience and service from [redacted] at Rocklin's Service Champions. He seemed knowledgeable, was prompt, no high-pressure sales, and even offered to help unload heavy items from my car!

Just had my annual tune up for my HVAC and as usual Service Champions sent over one of their excellent technicians [redacted].

This visit was a simple checkup of our heating plant to assure that we will not be inconvenienced in the coming months. [redacted] came to the house on time with a friendly voice and engaging smile. He went right to work and gave our furnace a passing grade. My conversation with [redacted] disclosed that we was an 8 year veteran of the Marine Corps who served in many countries around the globe. I thanked him for his service and was very pleased that his military background inspired him to perform his civilian duties so well.

The company has also been a pleasure to work with - friendly, responsive, and follow through on call-backs, etc.
