I have always received excellent service from Service Champion technicians Today, however, it was exceptional [redacted] was highly professional but with a welcoming personal touch His explanations of the work he did were meticulous and informative

The work was Fall furnace checkup and investigation of a problem with the air conditioner tripping the breaker over the September hot spellsTechnician was on time, thorough, kept me updated as he ran across inspection issues and checked with a more experienced technician by phone when troubleshooting the AC They were not able to solve the issue, will need to wait for hotter weather and see if it recurs

As usual your man [redacted] was thorough, polite, neat, and a pleasure to deal with

I am very pleased with Service Champions The technician was courteous, professional and efficient He did the inspection and necessary cleaning of my HVAC system and also provided information regarding Air Scrubber Plus, an addition to my HVAC system that could reduce dust, allergens etc I am considering installation in the near future
