[redacted], Service Technician for Service Champions Heating and Air just left my home after servicing my furnace. Excellent Customer Service . He took the time to explain the servicing I was getting today. He offered me service products without being pushy. He made sure I felt comfortable that my furnace was operating to its potential. [redacted] represented the company well!
[redacted] did a great job!!!
[redacted] was our service technician. He was very professional, personable and knowledgeable.
At each step, [redacted] informed us of exactly what he was doing and why it was being done. We learned a lot about our system and what is normal and what is not. Some areas were not easily seen by us, such as ducting under the house, so pictures were taken by [redacted]. The pictures were very revealing, allowing us to see for ourselves what issues need attention. [redacted] explained exactly what we were seeing and what changes were possibly needed. There's nothing like seeing potentially serious issues up close and in color, especially if one has never crawled around the tight spaces under a house. We had no idea it was that bad and/or in serious need of replacing or repairing. [redacted] used the pictures and his extensive knowledge to show us why it was important to not wait too long to have our ducting evaluated.
We also appreciated that [redacted] covered his shoes each time he came into the house and used a mat in front of the crawl space to keep everything clean. His attention to even the smallest of details was not lost on us.
We will be using Service Champions again.
The Service Champions representative, [redacted], was very professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. He took his time to explain what it looked like we needed and answered all our questions. I would recommend this company to people I know.

[redacted] serviced my heater and air conditioner. He also changed batteries for me on the carbon monoxide detector (not part of his job)!
[redacted] was very professional, knowledgeable, and highly skilled. He fixed my air conditioning unit in a prompt manner. He cleaned up after he was done and left everything neat and tidy. I would use Service Champions again due to the customer service experience from [redacted] and his partner [redacted]. [redacted], was also very courteous, attentive, and provided good customer service. One thing to note, that did not have anything to do with [redacted] O and the on-sight service team. When the Service Champions office called to confirm my appt, the person on the phone left a message saying they would cancel my appt if I didn't call back to confirm that I would be there for the appt. The whole purpose of an appt is that you schedule it and you are available -- otherwise you cancel the appt. Why they take the approach to try to scare you into making you call them back is very customer unfriendly and a waste of my time. Service Champions should consider adopting a more customer friendly approach.
This past Christmas I received the Nest as a gift. After installation and troubleshooting the device it was determined that I would require the addition of a common wire. As this was too difficult and time consuming for me to attempt, I decided to call in a professional. I did some searching and came across Service Champions (Sacramento). The appointment scheduling process was very simple and accommodating. I was given a call the day of the appointment about and hour before the technician, [redacted] Petty, arrive to my home. [redacted] is the real reason for my review. From the time he stepped foot in my home, until the time he left, he was curtious, informative, and extremely professional. [redacted] explained what he was doing at each step of the way, and answered all of the questions that I through at him. [redacted] made his visit and repair a pleasant experience and for this I thank him.
[redacted] was very helpful with our needs regarding our heating system today. He is very knowledgeable, professional and friendly and answered all our questions.
[redacted] was very professional and courteous. He performed all the necessary tested in a timely manner.
Service rep JCG was articulate, thorough and polite. There was some condensation but he remedied the situation and will be back at the end of the year to follow up.
Positive Experience! Though I do have to say they charge more than other comparable businesses.
[redacted] came over to do a tune-up job for my furnace. He is really friendly and professional. He knows what he is doing and even went to craw space to check bottom ducts. I have sighed up MVIP program from their company for next year! Thank you [redacted]!
Very thorough and professional. [redacted] was the technician who came and helped us out. Arrived on time, explained what was included in the service package and took time to answer all my questions. Would recommend to my friends and family.
excellent service. very professional. Explained all aspects of care and workings of the AC unit, what the problems were, and appropriate care. no hard selling or inappropriate recommendations. Learned about cost saving programs that I didn't know about before.
I initially heard of this service by a letter/advertisement. I was initially skeptical as it was received as "junk mail", however after researching the company online, and noticing it was 5 star rated, I tried them. I have not been able to find another reliable HVAC company (been searching for several years now). Glad I tried them, they have turned out to be great. I have subscribed to their maintenance plan as well.
[redacted] came to our house to inspect and check our air conditioner. He did an amazing job. He must have checked dozens of diagnostic areas. He was pleasant and explained everything. I enjoyed his company. I would recommend him to anyone.
[redacted] came to perform a regular maintenance on my furnace and air conditioning unit today. He was professional and personable. He informed me what maintenance he would be doing, explained his findings clearly and even informed me that as part of my service agreement with them that I am entitled to have them come out every 2-3 months to clean my furnace filters to ensure the unit works optimally. I wasn't aware that this service was part of my master agreement. I'll be sure to have them come out my filters quarterly though since I certainly don't want to do it!
[redacted]. was a true professional. He performed a yearly inspection on our heating/cooling unit quickly and efficiently. [redacted] was very friendly and answered all my questions.
I had an new furnace installed by Service Champions. The team was lead by [redacted] with the crew made up of [redacted] They did a great job of getting it installed in one day since they needed to put in all new duct work. They were very professional and cleaned up at the end of the day. [redacted] and [redacted] explained all that was going to be done including teaching me how to use the new thermostat. I have no complaints about how they did the work. They took time to answer my questions. I feel I got good service and a good product.
