I purchased an Energy Efficient Gas-Fired Warm Air Furnace from Service Champions in and have had a service contract with them since They are a very dependable, professional, courteous, company I have ever dealt with They come out to do a tuand thorough checking of my heater twice a year and the small monthly payments cover the expenses of this except, of course, if parts and/or other services are required The Techswho have been here are all so nice and explain what they are doing and why *** ** came to my house yesterday and he was so kind and patient in explaining questions I had about my heater and heating ducts...including ones he checked in my attic...even taking photos to show me He really seemed to enjoy his job and helping his customers have safe efficient heating systems The owner *** *** should be very proud of the employees he has hired...good to deal with a company where the Techs and office personnel really seem to enjoy working for this company too I have recommended them to so many people as I feel this is a honest, professional, caring company Nice feeling to have a good safe running heating system!

They are responsive and punctual, the professional advice they gave was helpful We have heat distribution problem between the upstairs and downstairs and after replacing the ducts (ductwork), the situation has been highly improved We will continue using them for any further improvement

Young man, ***, was very positive and business-like who immediately introduced himself, put on some booties before coming inside to turn on and test the thermostat Proceeded to basement, took the furnace all apart, vacuumed and tested the components, explaining his work and why things needed to be tested frequently because, just like a car, they have moving parts and must be checked regularly Very methodical in his work, excellent work ethic, and a very pleasant young man I think he is a great asset to his employer because of his service and technical skills
