*** from Service Champions came today to service my furnace installed by them about a year ago He was a very polite, man who explained a lot about my furnace and was very patient with my numerous questions He solved the problem with my furnace filter that had not been changed from the flimsy original on by adjusting the frame and cutting the filter material to fit in my furnace spaceHe tested everything and explained the Maintenance Program available for yearly checkups which I am considering to sign up for

*** did a great job installing our thermostat He came on Saturday and was professional and pleasant

Had a tune up on our Furnace today - just in time for this cold - brrr! They called the day before to confirm Called day of to narrow down the time *** showed up just as expected Nice guy, very professional, demonstrated his expertise, even educated me a bit Great work by Service Champions!

I am putting in an excellent review for *** He was very knowledgable and diagnosed a problem with my condensation pump that a previous employee had missed on a previous service visit *** corrected the problem much to my satisfaction and showed me the broken part and pictures he has taken of the problem area while under my house
