I am rejecting this response because:I called select home warranty today and was told that the $check had never been mailed and that the
$check had been mailed.I have cancelled my policy and am suppose to receive a pro-rated refund.The policy was signed on 9-15-14 $1,for years = months.$24.91/monthThe policy was in effect for months months remaining X $= $1,071.13Minus $cancellation fee = $996.13Today, I was told the refund amount would be $515.00 The policy has been in effect for

We spoke with the customer and approved the reimbursement
The customer had renewed and we stated that the customer would be in the first days of the policy guidelines, which put them at the cap of for the claim, the customer did not agree with our resolution and stated that they wanted to cancel, the customer placed the claims days after they renewed and we provided three months of service.The customer has been refunded per the policy guideline at this time
Customer has been removed from our systemThey should not be receiving any emails or calls from us any further
Select Home Warranty has been in contact with the cusotmer and we will wait for the cusotmer to send in the invoice for reimbursement
The customer has been issued a full refund directly to their original form of paymentThey should be able to view the refund on their credit card statement within the next 2-business days

Select Home Warranty has beein in contact with the home owner and have come to an agreement
Select Home Warranty has reached out to the customer and has reached an agreement of 125.00, the customer will be sent a reimbursement form and once we receive it a check will be issued immediately
We did speak with the customer and have approved her for $reimbursement towards the claim
The customer has been advised that Select Home Warranty will be refunding their account as they have requested,per the Terms of Agreement
On July 1, customer *** *** placed a claim for herWasher, Miss *** did get her own technician and sent in her invoice for reimbursement. We sent Miss *** a check for the washer repair on 8/8/in the amount of 311.00.On July 1, Miss *** also put in a claim for the A/C
unit,the invoice that was sent in stated that the unit needed maintenance i.e., coil cleaning, which our policy does not cover. As a courtesy we refunded Miss ***’ service call fee in the amount of and issued the check on 8/8/2014.Miss *** called Select Home Warranty on 9/5/to informus that she had more work done to the unit, we advised to send in the invoice for review. The invoice from Miss ***’ technician stated that Freon was added to unit, we explained per our Terms & Conditions we would not be able to cover the Freon.See Below:6.3.6. Air Conditioning (Central)ThisAgreement covers the primary floor air conditioning unit of the covered homeonly, provided that the air conditioning unit does not exceed a five (5) toncapacityThis Agreement covers the following air conditioning components: (i)motors; (ii) compressors; (iii) condensers; and (iv) thermostats.This Agreement does NOT cover window, wall orportable air conditioning unitsThis Agreement does NOT cover (i) air filters;(ii) Freon; (iii) Freon recapture; (iv) geothermal systems; (v) gas or propaneair condition systems; (vi) air filtration systems; (vii) humidifiers; (viii)registers; (ix) grills; (x) stands; (xi) jacks; (xii) condenser casings; (xiii)pads; (xiv) vents; (xv) flues; (xvi) clogged lines; (xvii) condensation leaks;(xviii) mismatched systems; (xix) damaged ducts; (xx) improper wiring; and(xxi) improper piping;(xxii)freon leaks;(xxiii)damage caused by freon leak. response because: Cancelation prorate monthly charge $per month, Select Home charged me $65 per month; processing fee $50, Select charge me $For this they should have charged me $268.19, but they charged me $530. Over charged me $for doing nothing (see below)
In months, Select delayed sending technician each every time, rejected technician's estimates and preceedings to repairs each every time, end up they asked me to find technicains by my own and paid by my own and I paid over $for dish washer repaire, replacement and ranger repairs, they refunded me only $total, and now they grabed this $back when I canceled the poilcy; Select delayed call back or never called back each every time for no reason, no explaination but yellowing, interogating and blaming me or technicians.In months, I did not get any services nor help from them but endup paid them monthly charges and fees of $I got nothing but no-hope, enduring, suffering, mad and angary.For all above, I request a full refund of $1869.99. I have to find a way to justify payment by my own of over $on top of this $I have to find a way to justify the time wasted, usage lost due to Select's acts where I could have other choices of home warrantySend me full refund ASAP!!!
