I am rejecting this response because: I contacted Select Home Warranty to follregarding the issueI was never able to speak with someone who knew what to do regarding the issueI was always
promised a call back (which I never received from the persons who were to call me back)I called to cancel the policy and the person I spoke with "started the process" of the cancellationThe representative assured me that someone would call me back in hoursI still have not received a callA rep called my house and spoke with my fatherHe was very upset that I had made a complaint with the Revdex.comHe acknowledged that *** Appliances had not done what they were suppose toI finally got a call from ***'s and I had an appointment scheduled for Tuesday, April 12, I received a follcall from Select saying that they were confirming my service claim on a microwaveWhen I informed the rep that it was a refrigerator and not a microwave, he asked did I put in a claim for bothThe rep offered me an extension of my contract which was already a year plus three free months (and he only had record of a year)He then offered me a free service fee fr my next claimA customer care advocate called to confirm this, but I was alarmed that after all this time this company still is getting mixed up on thingsIt seems like a scam! I received a call on this morning saying that they would not be able to come because the wrong part was sent by SamsungI find this hard to believe and it has been almost a month and my refrigerator is still not repairedI would like a full refund of the amount that I paid for the home warranty through Select and they can cancel this service issueI will get it repaired myself, but I do want a FULL refund of the amount of the contract.

I am rejecting this response because:I did get refund but I expect compensation as due to cancellation I had to get independent contractor to fix my ice maker problemThat cost me $500, so I expect the home warranty cover some portion of it as they did not do what they supposed to do and rejected my claim with no basis resulting in huge costs for me
