We did speak to the customer and assisted with the issue
We went ahead and refunded the customer for their renewal contract that was paid for on 6/7/The customer should be able to view that refund on their credit card statement within the next couple of business daysTheir account is now cancelled

Select Home Warranty has been in contact with customer and will make sure the customer receives their payment as promised
Select Home Warranty has been working with the customer on the issue and we did find out that the microwave is a counter top model our warranty covers only built ins, the customer has been advised of the situation and why the claim is not covered at this time
I am rejecting this response because: Their response does not make any sense...."the rest of my refund" they have not sent meany refund of any amount.....so how can they say they will send the "rest of my refund"

I provided every single document that SHW asked for and have proof of itThey asked for photo of the old and newly installed partI provided a fax and email copy of bothThey asked for the contractor invoice and my proof of payment as well as the prior year service historyAll of that I sent as well a copy of my cancelled check as additional proof of paymentMy contention and disagreement with SHW is based on the fact that they instructed me to find a contractor of my choosing when they could find one to do the workThen when I acted on their instructions they refuse to reimburse me by citing things that are not trueFurthermore, If the contractor I chose charged more to fix the unit than one of SHW's contractors I should not be held responsible for any deltaAgain, SHW instructed me to find a contractor when they fell short of their responsibilities

$1,490.00; Totals a Refund of $1,331.67. The customers contract has been cancelled and their refund check is currently being processedNo additional funds due at this time

I am rejecting this response because there is no answer to the actual complaintWe signed paper contract that we provided as proof in this communicationThere is nothing in this contract about requiring certain maintenance periods, especially not certified technicians maintenanceCertified technicians from "*** *** ***", technicians that were sent by "Select" (!!!) stated that A/C unit was maintained properly
