The customers's policy has been cancelled, the customers' agreement included a payment of for months.On 09/29/the customer updated their credit card, we successfully billed the credit card on 9/29/2014, 10/11/2014, and 11/11/2014.On 10/16/the customer to place a claim for his dishwasher, the customer was contacted by Select Home Warranty contacted the customer to advised him that his policy had lapsed due to non-paymentWe tried to bill the customer again and the customers card came back declined again, it is the customers responsibility to update Select Home Warranty with the mostup-to-date payment information

Select Home Warranty spoke with the cusotmer on 2/2/and advised that we will process their cancellation for properties, the customer must allow us time to calculate the refund for each property

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because:The charge has NOT yet been refunded to my accountThe complaint was NOT about money paid, rather about, at best, neglect on the part of the salesman or, at worst, dishonesty on the part of the salesman A day cancellation policy does NOTHING for consumers who are unable to understand contract language and are basing their decision to buy on inaccurate assertions made by sales representatives These people will continue their policy through the cancellation period and will not realize their mistake until submitting a claim for an asset not covered by the plan Regards, Lisa ***

The customer is currently in a small claims court case with Select Home Warranty, we have received a letter from the customers lawyer and we have responded, we are waiting on the response

We will proceed with cancelling the customers contract as requestedThe customers contract will be cancelled per section of their signed warranty agreementAs soon as their refund check is issued it will be mailed outNo additional funds due at this time

The customer placed and ac claim and the diagnosis was it needed freonThis type of repair is not a covered repairPlease see section of the termsThis Agreement does NOT cover window, wall or zone systems or portable air conditioning unitsThis Agreement does NOT cover (i) air filters; (ii) Freon; (iii) Freon recapture; (iv) geothermal systems; (v) gas or propane air condition systems; (vi) air filtration systems; (vii) humidifiers; (viii) registers; (ix) grills; (x) stands; (xi) jacks; (xii) condenser casings; (xiii) pads; (xiv) vents; (xv) flues; (xvi) clogged lines; (xvii) condensation leaks; (xviii) mismatched systems; (xix) damaged ducts; (xx) improper wiring; and (xxi) improper piping;(xxii)freon leaks;(xxiii)damage caused by freon leakThe customer is not entitled to a full refundThey may cancel for a pro rated refundWe will waive the cancellation fee

We are currently working on obtaining a contractor for this customerSomeone from our office will be in touch with themThe customer was offered the option to secure their own technician as it was taking a bit of time to find the customer oneThe customer refused that option at that time

Select Home Warranty is currently processing the customers request for a refund

As of 7/27/an official diagnosis was received from the contractorIn addition we had received photographs on 7/31/The customer has been approved the maximum allowance on this claim of $If the customer can provide us with the three years maintenance records we requested we can review their claim for an additional allowance

We did reach out to the customer and have refunded the last months of the coverage

The customers reimbursement check will be going out Monday morning
