A technician has been hired for the customers claim. They should be contacting them shortly to schedule an appointment. Below is their information: [redacted]###-###-####
The customer was never charged on their credit card as it would not allow the payment to go through, we received a check from the customers title company, we will be issuing a check back to the title company.
We spoke with the customer and they have received the reimbursement check and are satisfied.
The customer clearly stated that he wanted to submit an invoice, [redacted] clearly stated that he would forward the customers information to Select Home Warranty so he can receive a call back and further discuss his claim.There was not point in this conversation where [redacted](operator) stated that the customer was approved, or authorized, nor did [redacted] offer any additional information except for taking the address and phone number for 8 minutes.The customer was never given approval for the repair, just advised to get the repair done and submit the invoice for review as well as being advised to send his invoice to [email protected] and he will be contacted. The customer has still not contacted us to discuss and his contract is now expired, Select Home Warranty has fulfilled its contractual obligation to the customer.Select Home Warranty has gone above and beyond to satisfy the customer and resolve this matter, with phone calls and emails, the customer has now listened to the phone call and still will not recognize that there was not an approval given which was the matter at hand.
The customer was approved for $250 in lieu of the $150 originally approved. Once we receive a paid invoice from the customer we can have a reimbursement form sent to the customer. No additional funds due at this time.
We spoke with the customer and re-explained the coverage. They will decide if they want to cancel or keep the policy. We will waive the cancellation fee if they decide to cancel.

amount of $250 from Select Home Warranty. I signed and returned the form. If I do not receive the reimbursement within 30-days (September 18, 2016) as promised on the document, I will first contact Select Home Warranty and if that is not resolved I will again contact Revdex.com.

A technician was out to the customers home and per the diagnosis received the customers claim has been approved for repairs. No additional funds due at this time.

implemented to provide a repair/replacement allowance. For heating or cooling equipment (hvac), in the first three months of coverage a $500 repair/replacement allowance will be paid to the customer. This repair/replacement allowance will increase to $2000 after the first three months of coverage. For appliances, plumbing and electrical(non-heating or cooling) in the first three months a $150 repair/replacement allowance will be paid to the customer. This repair/replacement allowance will increase to $500 after the first three months of coverage. For additional coverage options in the first three months a $150 repair/replacement allowance will be paid to the customer. This repair/replacement allowance will increase to $400 after the first three months of coverage. In the event a part is not available, Select's responsibility is to reimburse for the value of the part up to the policy limits. If Freon coverage is selected as an option the limit is $150 for the first 3 months of coverage and $250 for the remainder of the contract.Furthermore you agree that during the first 30 days of coverage, no coverage will be provided for replacement of entire systems or appliances of Evaporator Coils, condenser coils. Compressors, control boards, motors of any kind. We went ahead and increased the customers allowance from $125 to $150. That is the maximum allowance allowed. I only agreed om amount because that is the only amount they would offer and I do not have...
the money for lawyer cost and mitigation to take them to task of our contract. I figured some is better than none but this was just a pittance of reimbursement! Stay as far away from this company as possible!

The customer has been issued a full refund on their warranty. The refund was issued directly to their original form of payment. They should be able to view the refund on their statement within the next few business days.
We have tried numerous times to reach the customer with no response. The customer is not eligible for a full refund. We have refunded the customer according to the policy terms. We will however go above the policy terms for the customer and waive the cancellation fees on both polices.
Unfortunately, the customer is not eligible for a full refund as they purchased their contract in June 2016. The customer is now on their free months and their policy will lapse. No additional funds are due to this customer.
The customer was already approved for the balance on their cap which is $82 as a previous AC claim was filed during the warranty contract. The customer was already sent a reimbursement form for $82 which was explained to them numerous times. Once the signed reimbursement form is received please let...

We did speak tot he customer and reissued another refund check. They did not get the first one that was mailed on 11/. We have waived the cancellation fees on the new check.
Claims that are approved for repairs are provided approval number and a reimbursement agreement. I do not see that either of those were provided to the customer.
