Samsung has reviewed Mr [redacted] claim in regards to reimbursement for repairs The agent handling his claim spoke with Mrs [redacted] on 3/14/to inform her that service was set up with [redacted] However, our system shows that the [redacted] declined service when the technician had to come back due to having the wrong part The [redacted] then decided to have [redacted] service the unit instead of Samsung Since the repair on the unit was not through Samsung’s service, we will not be able to reimburse for the repair No further accommodations will be made for this claim We apologize for any inconveniences and delays the customer may have experienced with this caseThank you

Samsung has contacted Mr [redacted] regarding his concerns with his device We thank you for providing the requested information After full review of Mr [redacted] file and request, it has been determined that the unit is out of its manufacturer’s warranty which would not allow Samsung to service the unit free of chargeAt this time the only option is to have the unit set up for out of warranty repair which would be an out of pocket expense for the consumerIf Mr [redacted] is would like to proceed with having out of warranty services provided by Samsung, the agent would be more than happy to assist with that processFor further questions or concerns please feel free to contact the agent directly We apologize again for any inconveniences and delays the customer may have experienced with this caseThank you

The Samsung Recall Center should be sued for business malpractice After the recall went out earlier this fall regarding an issue with top-loading Samsung washer that disassemble under certain settings We have two identical washers at our place of business that needed the suggested repair On November 22, we spoke to Dareon about getting both washers fixedBut when the repairman showed up on November 29, he had a work order for only one washer That was the first error While the repairman was here on the 29th, we called to set up an appointment to repair the second washer on the morning of December We were given a confirmation number When the repairman didn't show up, we called spoke, eventually, to a supervisor, Giselle E*** Even though we had been given a confirmation number for the work that was supposed to be done on Dec6, she insisted there was no such record She kept referring to a conversation dated November 11, and insisted that only one work order was generated Disregarding the discrepancy between her claim of a Novwork order and our claim of a Novwork order, she had no response to the question: "If we have two identical Samsung washing machines that were purchased on the same day and are subject to the same recall, why would we not request work orders from both machines for repairs to be done on the same day?" Since she could not provide a satisfactory response, we asked to speak to her supervisor But, when asked, Giselle refused to connect us to the person to whom she is accountable We are currently set up to have our second washer repaired this Friday morning, but have no confidence that anyone will show up to do the repairs or have a record of any of this, should we call to inquire

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: As I mentioned, one of the rep said they make a decision in 7days and let me know, and today is already passed days That means she lied Other rep said i'll surely get the code in 30days and the last rep said they should make decision again in30days, that means 2nd rep said lied and just delayed the timelineI got the same answer with from Samsung few times already .They mentioned it has approved but never mentioned specific info I surely get thatSuch as how am I gonna get , and when? Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: The first sentence of Samsung's response is a lie, as they lied when they told me they would send me an authorization to return the unit and didn't, and there was no record in their computer that a request was made They never tried to contact meI had to contact them all the timeThey keep on giving me the same advice on how to fix the new laptop I had purchased directly from them, but it didn't workI even had Best Buy fix it and they fixed the keyboard, which also hadn't workedWhen you got them to take the unit back for repair, I received a telephone call from Samsung asking my permission to reformate the hard drive and reinstall the operating system I gave my permission I received the laptop back from Samsung several days ago supposedly repairedIt still had the same problem; it didn't allow me to download my Microsoft programs I live chatted Microsoft to ask if they could help me download the programs They did a diagnostic and found my operating system was corrupt The same operating system Samsung fixed Microsoft's repair company was able to remotely fix my operating system and download my programs, but they charged me $ I decided to pay because Samsung has shown it sells faulty products and doesn't back them up I don't suppose you can have Samsung reimburse the $ They will probably tell you it is under warranty and I should have sent it back so they could do the excellent repair job they already did Please put Samsung on what ever list you keep that warms consumers about the lousy products and service they make and have I don't think I would have gotten the authorization to send it back to them, if your agency hadn't intervened At one time during my contacts with Samsung, I asked for authorization to return it for repair and got an email from their repair department stating they would get back to me They never did The Revdex.com did a great job I can't blame you for what Samsung did, or in this case didn't do Thank you Regards, Dr [redacted]

Samsung has reviewed Mr [redacted] claim in regards to his refrigerator Our system shows a refund in the amount of $1,049.63; reference Txt# [redacted] was submitted for the unit A Response Required for Refund Process e-mail was sent to Mr [redacted] email on file on 6/02/with the acceptance document attached along with instructions that are required to proceed with the refund Once Mr*** sends back the acceptance document, the Refund Deptwill be able to process the refund Please have Mr*** send in the acceptance document along with all required information at his earliest convenience in order to proceed with the claim We apologize for any inconveniences and delays the customer may have experienced with this case Thank you

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: I am not satisfied with Samsung's resolution to this issueA [redacted] technician broke my washing machine on 11/27/I have spent hours on the phone, money and time off work driving home to meet with a repairman numerous times, and laundromat expenses only to eventually be offered an ultimatum of the refund of my purchase price or nothingA replacement machine cannot be purchased for the refund amount that Samsung has offeredThe retail value of my unit is $(see attached)This case is not simply a warranty issue as the machine was in working order prior to the technician's visitThe issue is that I was offered a free in-home recall repairMy machine was destroyed in the process and now I have been forced to accept some type of compensation just to start another waiting process with Samsung customer serviceSamsung did not deliver on their easy, free in-home recall repair as advertised (see attached)I was forced to accept their offer of less than full payment as a result of their threat to pay nothingI will still have to pay out of pocket for the damages caused by the company that Samsung contractedI have not had the use of my machine for days and have yet to receive any compensationThe electronic gift card that I was offered is useless because I cannot use it towards a washer and I would still have to put additional funds towards the purchase of another dangerous Samsung product.I will not be satisfied with Samsung's customer service until I actually receive the full retail value for the machine that Samsung ruined Regards, [redacted] ***
