This is a continuation of complaint # [redacted] I did not want to consider this matter resolved until I got a final determination from Samsung via the repair service (FA Display, [redacted] ***.Per the email I received this day, Samsung refuses to honor the warranty nor cover the repair costI assure you, there was visible damage to the television screen when I took the packaging protection off of itWhether it was damaged in transport or in the warehouse, I cannot know, however, what I do know is that I intend to receive a replacement or a repair at absolutely NO cost to me!!! Translate Desired Settlement / Outcome Desired Settlement: select Desired Outcome: As mentioned previously, I intend to receive a replacement, delivered by a local service and/or repair representative, or a repair covered completely by SamsungThis translates to a WORKING unit at no further cost to meIf I was willing to pay $1000+ for the repair, I would just rather throw this TV through the window of a Samsung rep and use the money to purchase another brandThis will not be the case though, before I try again through you, and even seek legal recourse to get resolve

Samsung has reviewed Mr***’s claim in regards to his washer The agent handling his claim did receive an email from Mr [redacted] with the amount for the service of the washer However the agent needs an actual copy of his work order form for reimbursementAs of 3/06/17, the agent has not received the documentation requested to continue with the claim Please have Mr [redacted] email the requested work order from [redacted] to [redacted] so the agent can continue processing the claim We sincerely apologize we are not able to assist any further with this and for any inconveniences and delays the customer may have experienced with this caseThank you

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because:Samsung did not do "due diligence" in shipping out the package because they did not require a signature when sending out a phone worth several hundred dollarsThat is why it was stolen in the first place because of their negligence.Samsung has no intention of replacing the phoneThey are happy to point the finger at [redacted] and let them say they are "investigating" it because it means they don't have to replace my phone [redacted] told me the package was delivered and I reported it stolenI've filed a separate [redacted] complaint, they are not the issue hereSamsung rejected a request for special accommodation to send me a new phone because they simply don't care about their customersI am not going to withdraw this complaint until I get a resolution Regards, [redacted]

Samsung has reviewed Mrs***’ claim and as previously advised by the agent handling her claim, Samsung’s policy does not provide additional compensation for taxes and repurchasing of new hoses as it is not included in the rebate No further accommodations will be made for this claim If Mrs [redacted] has any additional questions or concerns, she may contact the agent at [redacted] for further assistance We apologize for any inconveniences and delays the customer may have experienced with this caseThank you

Samsung tries to accommodate our consumers with a resolution to the best of our ability on a case by case review However in Mrs [redacted] case, based on the information she provided and in conjunction with what we have in our system, it shows that the unit was physically damaged from being hit due to the spider Mrs*** was previously advised that physical damage as well as any type of infestation (insects/rodents) entering the unit would not be covered under Samsung’s Limited warranty and she would be liable for the cost of any repairs needed to service the unit The agent who handled the claim offered to set up OOW (Out of warranty) service for the unit but Mrs*** declined the offer Regrettably Samsung’s stance remains the same Due to the physical damage to the unit, no accommodation can be provided for this claim We apologize for any inconveniences and delays the customer may have experienced with this case Thank you
