Samsung has reviewed Rev [redacted] claim in regards to his washer Our system shows the agent handling the claim spoke with Rev [redacted] on 6/01/and advised him that Samsung would not be able to exchange the unit at this time because it has been repaired and is functioning properly In regards to the property damage, the agent requested documentation including pictures of flood, damage to the floor/ceiling and estimate from the contractor in order to submit a claim for review As of today, 6/16/17, the agent has not received any documentation from Rev [redacted] in order to proceed with the property damage claim Please have Rev [redacted] forward the required documentation to the agent if he would like to proceed with the claim for property damage Other than the aforementioned, no further accommodations will be made for this claim We apologize for any inconveniences and delays the customer may have experienced with this case Thank you

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: My concern is not with the machines being removed from my home nor the damage being repairedThe machines were returned to Best Buy the next day, and a contractor is coming out to provide samsung with an estimate to repair my homeMy concern is that Samsung is specifically targeting young mothers with their ad campaigns featuring [redacted] and [redacted] ***, and MULTIPLE top loading machines all across the country are exploding and putting lives at riskSamsung is fully aware of these explosions, yet no recalls are being put out to ensure that no adults, children, or animals are harmed from these dangerous explosionsIn addition, Samsung's Facebook page has removed all of my posts sharing these pictures and warning consumers to make sure NO ONE is around these machines while they are running, so that no one gets permanently physically harmedThere are already attorneys taking cases and investigating these, Samsung is fully aware, and is WILLFULLY putting lives at risk by censoring this information from being sharedABC will be running on story on this very soon, as has a story already been posted by the North Star Post, [redacted] and until Samsung does the professionally and MORALLY responsible thing by recalling these machines to ensure no one gets killed or seriously injured, this will not go away Regards, [redacted] ***
Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because I know that I can return the productThe issue is not that I can't return the productThe issue is that I, as a customer am being punished for mistakes during shipping.I would like to return the tablet that was damaged and purchase the same tablet for the original price of $199.99+ tax as per my original order totalThis issue here is that Samsung is not honoring a replacement tablet for me at that price.A simple solution would be to follow the likes of other online businesses: provide the customer with a replacement product and provide the customer with a prepaid shipping label to send back the damaged productThat way the customer is not waiting for a refund (in my case I would be out an extra $199.99+ tax for several weeks until the refund is completed)I believe this would be an acceptable and reasonable solution and a customer satisfaction-oriented one Regards, [redacted]
