I am rejecting this response because: I only said they had a recall on the dmd chip because, that is what their customer service told mein their answer they admitted to the fact that this chip had a manufacturing problem causing white dots on the screen and they had to replace many dmd chipsmy tv has the same exact problem with the dmd chip that the other ones hadthis tells me that there were still bad chips out there and I got one

Unfortunately the Maywood, NJ facility was short staff and busy this morning which did not allow calls to be answered in a timely manner You are welcome to try calling again, or visiting the location if you wish for evaluation/repair by the walk in team; otherwise the phone will need to be shipped Samsung does not have a loaner phone policy available to allow for the supply of loaner devicesThank you
