Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: So if we have a third party doing your promotions that leaves you without any liabilityI don't see how that lets you off the hook at allYou put the promotions out there to sell more phonesA lot of us bought your phones because of the promotions that were promised usYou gained a large profit from all of these sells but have no liability because of a third partyLooks as a loop hole has been found on your part, maybe on a legal stand point but not for your costumers who put their hard earned money into your companyI would believe that most people give up because of your run a round and don't feel that you will ever do anything about it and the forums grow each and everydayI still hold you and this company responsible for advertising and not coming through on your promisesI have spent a lot of money on a phone that I would not have gotten with out this promotionsI would believe that you could come up with some way of making this right for me and all the other that are in the same situationI have spent two months getting the run a round by each and everyone of your web sitesI have called all the numbers and got the same answer each timeI think it is time that you guys step up Regards, [redacted] ***

My Samsung refrigerator failed. It was fixed for now; however the food inside was ruined. Jasmine Hunter indicated on 5/7/2015 she would 'review possible options' to reimburse me for the food loss and asked for an itemized list of the contents. On the same day - May 7, 2015 - I replied with a detailed itemized list of the food lost totaling $601.99. I have not received a reply. On May 30, 2015 I spent a follow-up email - I did not receive a reply. On June 20, 2015 I sent a follow-up email - I did not receive a reply. I have refrained from purchasing any Samsung items since this incident and will continue to do so until it is resolved.$601.99 - mail check to my address.

in his complaint along with notes in the system by the agent who handled the claim, the issues have been resolved The unit was repaired for the TLW Recall Repair as well as the leak in the unit As previously advised, there are no documentation on file advising Mr [redacted] to purchase a new unit and that he would be reimbursed the cost for said unit In conclusion, Samsung cannot reimburse or provide compensation for the new unit that Mr [redacted] purchased Samsung’s stance remains the same No additional accommodation will be made for this claimWe apologize for any inconveniences and delays the customer may have experienced with this caseThank you

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: Again, this is INSANE A company this large I understand the warranty but the issue I'm having with my phone is a MANUFACTURER DEFAULT issue that others are havingIt's not due to software conflicts, it's not due to mistreatment I have been a faithful Samsung phone and camera owner up until now and an $phone lasting just over a year (it's not like the phone is past the warranty by a large amount of time) If that is the way you are going to build your electronics, then I really can't buy any more Samsung products That is A LOT of money to me and the lifespan is terrible! Like I said, this is an issue that others are complaining about and SHOULD be a recall! It is NOTHING I have done! And it is a fault with the manufacturing My bad luck that it died a month or two over the warranty If it was a year after the warranty, OK, I would KIND of get it But if I can't rely on an $product lasting more than a year, than I definitely can't spend that amount of money of any more Samsung products! I have been a loyal Samsung customer up until now and argue with my friends when they tell me to get an *** I've never heard of an [redacted] phone having a MAJOR fail a year and a couple months after the warranty is done Maybe they are right Regards, [redacted]

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because:It has been 48 hours and I have no received an update. I just got off the phone with your ECR department and they once again confirmed that im due for a Galaxy S6 phone however refused to give me a time frame as far as sending out the phone. The representitive I spoke with was Falcon. I've called in over 30 times to the 1-800 number each call takes over an hour to complete so this is now 30+ hours i've spent on the phone trying to resolve this matter with no resolution. Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: based on research I have done there have been thousands of complaints of the same nature for the French Door refrigerator I have even been informed by refrigerator repair companies that there have been an exceptional number of service requests for the ice-maker problem Finally, it has come to my attention that a DESIGN CHANGE has been made to the ice-maker assembly which Samsung hopes will resolve the problem Bottom line is that this product should have been subject to a product recall years ago Regards, [redacted]

I was contacted my Samsung and set up an appt for them to come look at my rangeThen I had a family emergency and had to cancel the apptI called back a few days later to reschedule my appt and left a messageTwice I did that and no one has returned my callsThat was last weekI also emailed the man I was dealing with, twice and he is not responding eitherPlease reopen my caseIt has not been resolved.Thank you

Samsung has reviewed Mr***’ claim in regards to his phone not arriving on 4/20/as he expected Our system shows an E-Commerce agent confirmed with FedEx that the package was delivered and signed for on 4/21/in their system The agent spoke with Mr [redacted] on 4/26/17, apologized for the delay in delivery and offered a $store credit (sent via email) as compensation which he accepted We apologize for any inconveniences and delays the customer may have experienced with this caseThank you
