Samsung has reviewed Mr [redacted] claim in regards to his washer Our system shows a refund in the amount of $827.25; reference Txt# [redacted] was submitted for the unit A Response Required for Refund Process e-mail was sent to Mr [redacted] email on file on 6/01/with the acceptance document attached along with instructions that are required to proceed with the refund Once Mr*** sends back the acceptance document, the Refund Deptwill be able to process the refund Please have Mr*** send in the acceptance document along with all required information at his earliest convenience in order to proceed with the claim We apologize for any inconveniences and delays the customer may have experienced with this case Thank you

I accept Samsung response but I haven received mailing label Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because:Every android device has different flavors of the android operating system. Why? That's so the device's manufacturer can have control over the system. I find it very hard to believe that Samsung had no control over this update. What Samsung has done is just pass the buck for messing up how features on the phone works. Even if this is really [redacted] fault that means then I will then switch to an [redacted] next time if this is the way google is going to treat me. The bottom line is that features on my phone don't work any more and their response is basically....too bad.What Samsung needs to do is fix the problem. If it is really a google problem Samsung has much more weight than I do to deal with google to get the problem fixed. I want my phone fixed. Regards, [redacted] ***

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: The model of my refrigerator is defective If I were the only one who experienced this problem, then I would think I had one bad refrigerator, but since so many people are experiencing the same exact issue with the cooling system not working with this model and other Samsung refrigerators, the company should recall or repair this refrigerator beyond the year warranty period The average lifespan of a full size refrigerator is years For my and other people's refrigerators to break every year or two with the same problem with the heater assembly even after it's been replaced shows that the design of the refrigerator does not support use My refrigerator first broke after I had it less than two years I had it repaired, parts replaced - the repair person told me this is a common issue with Samsung It broke two years later and then months later Samsung should either refund people's money or come up with a permanent fix Regards, [redacted] **

Samsung spoke with Mr [redacted] on 2/27/and he confirmed that he received the compensation on 2/25/for the difference in cost of the refund We apologize for any inconveniences and delays the customer may have experienced with this case Thank you

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because:We have not received a phone call from Samsung to set up a repair service Samsung has promised to come repair my TV times to date We have been told that we would receive a call from someone within hours to set up service (day/time available) In my initial conversation with a representative for repair, I was not given a transaction number, but in my second attempt, I was give transaction # [redacted] Now this is my third attempt (under transaction # [redacted] ) and I have still not received a service date I attempted to contact Samusung twice on Friday, 11/4/at the phone number you provided in the initial response (###-###-####) and have not been able to reach anyone After the second attempt, I left a message, and still have not received a return call This has been very frustrating and they don't seem to care about their customers Regards, [redacted]
