Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: I have already contacted Prize Logic over times I have resubmitted receipt images to PrizeLogic, multiple times I have received verbal confirmation from Prize Logic customer service representatives, both in the Spring, and the summer that they currently have, and always have had, images of the receipt that are clear and legible This is not an issue of a "fuzzy image", this is an issue of a customer service division that is not performing their duties and obligations, and instead they are giving customers like the run around The real question is why would they continue to act in such a manor? If someone from Samsung would like copies of the emails I have sent to Prizelogic I am happy to provide those at any time However, I am no longer interested in "Calling PrizeLogic" on their number I have already had my fill of that Regards, [redacted]

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because:I have been in contact with shipping company and all of last week, they said they could not locate the TVThis week, they finally said they were able to locate the tv and I should get it soonThe status on shipping website today (dec 9) says it is received at delivery locationWhen I called the delivery location to schedule a pickup, they said they never received the TV from the actual shipping companyEveryone is giving me run around for something I have paid for and Samsung, who is responsible to deliver the TV to me, is not even following up on the order and want to offer me a mere $for FUTURE purchase? I understand few delays in shipping during holiday season, but not being able to locate a TV, the run around they giving me and Samsung not even willing to step in to resolve this matter is absolutely unfairI would like for Samsung to reachout to the shipping company and get me a confirmed delivery dateAlso, for all this inconvenience they are causing, I want them to discount something off of my TV that I already paid for Regards, [redacted]

Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and find that this resolution is somehow satisfactory to me However, Samsung in the past agreed to issue a refund to me for a cancelled order but never did (I had to file two disputes with my credit card issuer because Samsung charged me twice for one order that was cancelled)I will see if the refund will go through this timeI originally requested a replacement but I guess getting a refund is better than nothing after a more than 2-month fight with SamsungThank you Revdex.com for your help! I am rejecting this response because:I am still waiting to see whether the complaint is resolved Samsung emailed me letting me know that a Samsung Technician would call me to set up a free of charge service call However, the technician left one message on my voicemail saying that the service call was cancelled They claimed that they called me three times to set up an appointment, but I only received the one message telling me the service call was cancelled No other calls were made, and no attempt was made to contact me on the cell phone number that I provided to Samsung I am currently contacting Samsung Service again to have the free service call reinstated Once the technician actually visits the house and provides the repairs, I will be able to judge whether the complaint has been resolved As of now, it is definitely NOT resolved
