Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and find that this resolution is the least they could do They could have done just a little more to insure that they didn't loose a customer, but they chose the least Having to wait over days to get a resolution to this problem has proven to me that Samsung does not really care about their customers, only how many units they flood the market with They have not even taken into consideration the 3.h hours I had to spend on the phone with them to argue my case and finally days later, they simply exchange out the TV I understand that sometimes a TV will make it to a customer and not work properly However when the manufacture feels that it's acceptable for a customer to not be able to use the product as designed then require them to spend over three hours on the phone and stop their day for service that doesn't work on three occasions, then suggest to the customer that I am being irrational because my $investment doesn't work This whole experience has taught me that with so many other manufactures in the industry, it' not the amount of floorspace being used to advertise a name that matters Lanovo makes a great tabletto satisfactory I will be considering in a few months Dell has a very nice laptop I am now considering And the man-cave will be more than likely sporting a new 60" LG TV I apologise for being a burden to Samsung by expecting my TV to work as advertised If they treat their customers as though they are a dime a dozen, I can only imagine what it's like to work for them Maybe that is why customer service failed so miserably

Unfortunately, Samsung does not inventory unlocked devicesAlthough minimal inventory, Samsung can only replace with carrier based model phones when/if all repair options have been exhausted As per warranty if a replacement is issued it is likely to be a reconditioned device; we cannot guarantee a new replacement.Samsung would require the phone be shipped to Samsung for evaluation in order to determine the cause of the claimed issues and to provide resolution.Thank you
