Samsung has reviewed Mr*** complaint in regards to his Samsung.com order Our system shows a refund in the amount of $800.63; reference Refund number is [redacted] was issued on 8/12/for one devices In regards to the second device, this case was escalated to our warehouse and E-Commerce is currently waiting on an update from them on the refund However, it looks like the second device might have been sent back to Mr** by the warehouse E-Commerce has been advised that IF the second device was sent back, Mr [redacted] will not be refunded in full for the entire order Thank you for being a valued Samsung customer, we apologize for any inconveniences you may have experienced with this case

I am rejecting this response because:As a customer this is really bad for me , after sending my device multiple times to customer service and samsung sent me faulty broken phone and asking service charge for the device repairThis is only the worst ever customer service in my life and also first and last samsung device in my life .Since I have purchased 699$ and cant leave my device in trash and no option from samsung service and paid 100$ customer service Hope I will get my device back and remember in my life about samsung devices and thier service and will never buy a samsung product in my life Thanks for Revdex.com helping me and at least reduced 80$ for repair fees

We have advised to the customer that due to the fact that the service was conducted with a non-authorized Samsung service center that we would not be able to grant her request for reimbursement of the... out of warranty services. Samsung has reviewed Ms [redacted] claim again in regards to her refrigerator Our system shows the agent handling her claim spoke with her on 4/19/to discuss the claim Ms [redacted] told the agent that she’s had doors replaced and they all are peeling in the same spot The agent informed her that it seems to be a cosmetic issue but Samsung will send out a technician to diagnose the unit The agent advised if it is determined that this is a cosmetic issue Samsung will not cover the cost of the repair If the technicians’ diagnosis finds it to be a manufactured defect, then Samsung will cover the cost of the repair The agent submitted another request for service; reference Txt# [redacted] for the unit and informed Ms [redacted] she may be contact in to business days to schedule the service We apologize for any inconveniences and delays the customer may have experienced with this case Thank you

I bought a Samsung Tab 7" from Best Buy, on the recommendation of a Samsung Agent that is inside the storeMy wife reads books on her tablet, it much easier on her neckThe agent said that the tablet comes with 8GB and I can add more with a memory cardSo I added a 32GB memory cardWell the Samsung internal 8GB memory is loaded and now freezes when we try to use itIt will not load the books or other applications into the external memory (32GB)The Samsung agents wants me to reset the tablet back to factory settings (causing me to loose all the books that were loaded) but they cannot give a reason to have the external memory that won't work or is of much useI want my money back from Samsung
