Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: Samsung has not tried to get in touch with me. I received this email today and just now I get a call from Samsung. Basically what they are saying is that because the refrigerator is out of warranty, even though the problems began while it was still under warranty, they are not responsible any longer and will not do anything to assist me. I can not have a refrigerator that has continuous problems with the ice maker and which allows mold to grow inside. While [redacted] extended warranty has come out multiple times the issues still exist. No service technician has been able to explain the temp. problem or what can be done to fix it. They keep telling me that a consistent 40 to 42 degrees is normal. Yet the environment in this refrigerator is unhealthy. Regards, [redacted]

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting Samsungs response because the lip sync issue on my 4K TV is still unresolved, and I must respond to the Revdex.com within the next days or my complaint will be listed as closed A Samsung representative contacted me once by phone and twice by emailEach time I was told that they are still researching the problemThere are only remaining causes for the lip sync issue: 1) Either My Samsung TV is defective or 2)The issue is a known defect on these televisions and Samsung is still working on a software patch, (in which case they know that replacing my set would not solve the problem)Their reluctance to quickly honor their warranty by stalling leads me to believe that the lip sync issue on Samsung 4k televisions may be a system wide problem [redacted]

Samsung has reviewed Mr [redacted] complaint in regards to his refrigerator Our system shows the agent who handled the claim spoke with Mr [redacted] on 9/20/to discuss the case The agent informed Mr [redacted] that Samsung spoke with Mrs [redacted] on a previous complaint for the same unit and the previous resolution provided still stands Samsung’s warranty does not cover rust/cosmetic damage on the unit Regrettably, no accommodations can be provided for this claim Thank you for being a valued Samsung customer, we apologize for any inconveniences you may have experienced with this case

I purchased a Samsung Dryer in October The Dryer has not worked since I purchased itSamsung have tried without success to fix the dryer MANY timesMy patience finally run out and I demanded a new replacementThat was months ago and guess what I still have no working dryer! Samsung have given both me and my wife the run around for two monthsFirst they ask for a receipt, which we suppliedThey then said it was the wrong type of receiptThey then said they never received it I am now sick to death of waiting in for service repair men and spending hours on the phone to a company that clearly doesn't care about their customersI will pursue legal action if this route doesn't work After months trying to get a faulty product replacedI now require not only a replacement, I now want an upgraded model for compensation of all the time spent and being on the end of the companies stalling tacticsI also want the new dryer to be warranted from the day of replacement The original complaint in November was for a dryer not a washer and this is an update to that complaintSorry for the wrong month, it has been so long! As yet Samsung have not resolved this issue

To be clear, it has taken from 7/26/17 to 09/20/2017 (56 days) to process a routine refund. In terms of customer service and accountability, Samsung is far below average. The reason I initially decided not to participate in the promotional BOGO free Galaxy s8 program, was due to the numerous negative online accounts of customers losing their "trade-in" phones and being charged for the "free phone". Samsung has a reputation for denying trade-in's in "good working condition", and leaving customers with no options for arbitration. From my experience dealing with Samsung over the last 56 days, I realize that Samsung's warehouse arbitrarily denies returns, and acts independently of the ecommerce department at Samsung. This was illustrated and discussed through multiple phone calls where Samsung had no idea if the phones were accepted, rejected or in transit. I feel confident that we made the correct decision to not participate in the Samsung BOGO promotion. I like my s8, but pray that I will not need any future assistance from Samsung. Instead of a great product with great service like with Apple and their iPhone series, you get a great product with Samsung galaxies coupled with extremely poor service. Samsung concludes each correspondence with a statement about me being a valued customer, however that appears to be worth nothing. Regards, [redacted]
