As it has been advised Samsung must refer you to the seller, or your service provider for refund/exchange options. Samsung holds a proprietary licensing agreement with each Service Provider and it would be in violation of this agreement to assist in unlocking the phone. Again, we do apologize for any iconvenience this may cause.

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: They are holding a $credit of mine for monthsi was told times now its back orderedTwo weeks ago I was told they received cameras and unfortunately they didn't have enough to send my orderToday I called again for the 10th time in monthsThis person told me it now looks like the camera may be discontinued and my order may be sitting there for a long time unless they can find a camera to send meIt's always a different story No one is checking on whats really going onI want my order or I want a credit in the amount of $ Regards, [redacted]

Samsung tries to accommodate our consumers with a resolution to the best of our ability on a case by case review In Mr***’s case, the device he purchased through [redacted] was an international phone and is not covered by US warrantee However due to the circumstances, Samsung is making an exception and is providing an accommodation for a refund for the device Mr [redacted] informed the agent handling his claim that he would like to purchase a new phone prior to proceeding with the refund This will insure that he is not without a phone since he would need to return this phone before the refund is issued Once Mr [redacted] sends in the device and it is received at the Samsung warehouse, the agent will submit a refund request based off the BOS (Bill of Sale) previously submitted by him We apologize for any inconveniences and delays the customer may have experienced with this case Thank you

Samsung has reviewed Mr [redacted] claim in regards to his Samsung Galaxy SEdge Plus phone Our system shows the agent who handled the claim spoke with Mr [redacted] on 7/24/and informed him that the device he purchased from [redacted] was an international device and holds no warranty The agent advised Mr [redacted] that he would need to contact the retailer he purchased the device from, for further assistance Regrettably based on this information, no accommodations can be made for this claim We apologize for any inconveniences and delays the customer may have experienced with this case Thank you

Please do keep in mind that reports of issues with the Note battery are extremely rare compared with the high volume of devices that we have soldShould this issue occur please contact us as soon as possible and we also recommend that you contact your local authorities if you feel it is necessary That said, we are encouraging each consumer to contact the place of purchase in order to fulfill the exchange process according to the Note Exchange proceduresThank you

Samsung has reviewed Mr. [redacted] complaint in regards to his Samsung Gear watch. Our system shows the agent who handled his claim spoke with him on 8/09/17 and advised him that the device was OOW (Out of warranty) and the only option for service at this time would be for OOW... service. Mr. *** told the agent that he wanted FOC (Free of charge) repair for the device. The agent explained to Mr. *** that he already had (one-time) FOC repair on the device back in 2015 after filing a BBB complaint. This time service would be OOW which Mr. *** would be responsible for the charges for the repair. Mr. *** became upset with the agent and disconnected the call. Based on this information, regrettably other than OOW service, no accommodations can be made for this claim. Thank you for being a valued Samsung customer, we apologize for any inconveniences you may have experienced with this case.

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: [redacted] at [redacted] in [redacted] examined phone on November and stated it's a manufacturer defect and Samsung needs to take care of it and put not use my insurance where I would have to pay a deductibleThe phone was within manufacture warrantyThe company expects me to go 11+ business days without a phone while they examine itThe phone should be replaced as the phone has been examined and evidence photos are attachedI didn't decline anything I stated I can not wait with no phone being that I am law enforcement and have to be reached 24/The company said to call [redacted] and see if they have loaner phones which makes no sense because it's a Samsung problem not [redacted] They then simply put it down as if I declined to proceed wHicham is further manipulation by the company to not stand behind their products and written warranties Regards, [redacted]

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: I have responded to Mr [redacted] [redacted] regarding his original inquiry to me which has been attachedI have no other response nor have I been contacted by anyone else from SamsungThe complaint is regarding a clothes DRYER not an ovenI believe the response from Samsung stating that I have made no contact with them and that I need repair of an oven instead of the clothes dryer I have been asking time and time again to be fixed shows exactly how much help Samsung has been regarding my issues Again, I am asking for a new dryer to replace the manufacturer defective one I currently own, not an oven Regards, [redacted] ***

All Samsung products are manufactured to the specifications of the... service provider for whom they are produced. Samsung does not sell product to the general public to authorize the refund you have requested.
