I purchased my refrigerator less than a year agoI have had additional problems in the past but this complaint is regarding the freezer not coolingI called customer service to report that all the food in my freezer was spoiled and that the freezer wasn't cooling properly (or at all.) I did all of the necessary troubleshooting steps and customer service was not helpful at allThey told me that a tech would be calling me in hrs to diagnose the problemI have been given the same run-around in the past without successI just want the appliance repaired or replaced in a timely mannerI have children at home and can't afford to wasting hundreds of dollars in spoiled food or not being able to store meats,etc I would accept refund, replacement, or timely repair as well as much better customer service

We do understand your concern, however, the only option Samsung can offer is to have your product shipped to the Samsung Repair Facility for evaluation of the damageWe cannot honor the request of replacementIf you wish to send in your product for evaluation please contact Samsung Support at ###-###-#### to arrange a new service ticketIf you wish not to accept the evaluation offer we will have to suggest contacting your Service Provider directly for resolution to this matter if insurance was purchased for the product.Thank you

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because it is insufficient in the wake of the class action lawsuit settled in Samsung clearly hasn't made the correction to their building materials to fix this issueThis is not the fault of the customerThis is the fault of the manufacturerTo simply say that since the lawsuit only covered these TVs and not yours and that the issue is closed is both arrogant and dismissiveA company should have to stand behind its products not run and hide when it becomes financially prudent I want to push this issue as high as possible to get the financial compensation, not just me, but the other thousands of Samsung customers deserve for the defective products Samsung is selling I have attached paperwork I've submitted to Consumer Affairs detailing the cost associated with getting the TV repaired and photos of the affected parts Please advise on how to move this forward Thanks! I am rejecting this response because: Although I do appreciate Samsung taking the accurate measures to repair this unit Samsung has sent me an email saying this is a one time deal for parts and laborThe unit is still being worked on and I haven't received it at this timeMy hope is that the unit will work properly and I will no longer have problems with itI bought the unit In January and warranty is good for one yearIf this unit has a manufacture defect why would they not honor the warranty? I am asking for a computer that I have paid for to function
