Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because:As we explained to several Samsung representatives we understand that the unit is not under warrantyHowever, this six-year old refrigerator has had the same problem three years in a row, in 2013, 2014, and The air distribution fan ices due to ice build-up, the refrigerator begins to warm and water drips into the vegetable and fruit bins, then onto the floor, but the temperature gauge shows no changeWith consequent food spoilage and mold in the underside of the bins, there is a significant health riskIn fact, an online search under Samsung refrigerator repairs reveals that we are not the only consumers affectedThere is even a "do it yourself" [redacted] video addressing removal of the panel where the ice buildup occursOur repairs have been done by licensed repair people, and I can report that this has been no easy task! Samsung's stone-walling is equivalent to to telling us that three identical repairs is no worse than having the fender fall off our car three years in a row, especially given the number (118) of consumer complaints on the [redacted] siteLet's get this settled with either a new refrigerator or the return of $1429.00, the amount we have spent for repairs Regards, [redacted]

[redacted] from a service center contacted meHe asked me to troubleshoot the TV for "2-days" with everything disconnected and just the RGcable from the Cable DVR connected to the One Connect BoxEven though I would NEVER use this TV under those conditions (not a single person that buys this TV model would) I complied and within hours the TV power cycledWith HDMIs connected to the One Connect Box I get the picture randomly "jumping", what he described as a "handshake" issueThis is the same model One Connect box I had replaced by Samsung.Basically until a technician comes to my house, dismount the TV from the wall, replaces the panel's power circuit board and motherboard and also installs the sek-3500u/za Evolution Kit (even though I was promised one from tech support and they have sent me the same broken model I had instead, I told him I do not mind picking up the cost of upgrading it, as long as it comes with all accessories and they charge me the same or less than the $I found at [redacted] ), then remounts it exactly as it was, ensuring the TV is working properly, I will not consider this properly taken care of

I am rejecting this response because: I have made several calls to Samsung since purchasing this machine due to ongoing issues which never get resolvedAll Samsung does is schedule never ending service calls to replace parts which do not correct the problems with this machineSamsung has no regard as to the time, energy and frustration I am subjected to to get these issues resolved, needing to take time off from my job for service calls and babysitting this machine for no less than hours for one load of laundry!! I requested to return this machine since the 1st issue but was denied and have spent an entire year dealing with this nonsense and all I get is the run around from SamsungI have since read negative reviews on You Tube with people having the same issues as I have with Samsung HE machinesYou will not see negative reviews on Samsungs website due their rejecting them which they did mine when I attempted to post my experienceI want Samsung to accept responsibility for their faulty product and take this machine back and issue me a refund immediately!!
