Samsung has contacted the customer to address their concerns regarding their Samsung Oven. Samsung has a reputation for building quality products and makes every effort to meet all customer expectations. We have reviewed the customer’s complaint, service history and pictures. Samsung’s Product... Evaluation team has reviewed the pictures as well. From the evaluation, we understand that there is a crack on the oven’s cooktop. The crack to the customer’s cooktop is considered physical damage. Samsung’s warranty outlines that any type of damage (physical or cosmetic) is not covered under the warranty and any repairs as a result are the customer’s responsibility. Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: Every android device has different flavors of the android operating system Why? That's so the device's manufacturer can have control over the system I find it very hard to believe that Samsung had no control over this update What Samsung has done is just pass the buck for messing up how features on the phone works Even if this is really [redacted] fault that means then I will then switch to an [redacted] next time if this is the way google is going to treat me The bottom line is that features on my phone don't work any more and their response is basically....too bad.What Samsung needs to do is fix the problem If it is really a google problem Samsung has much more weight than I do to deal with google to get the problem fixed I want my phone fixed Regards, [redacted] ***

Samsung has reviewed Mr [redacted] claim again in regards to his washer The agent that handled his claim called and spoke with Mr [redacted] regarding his response to the Revdex.com and advised as per Samsung Engineering and the technician that looked at the unit, it did not show any signs of defects and is working up to specifications The agent informed Mr [redacted] that no further accommodations can be made at this time We apologize for any inconveniences and delays the customer may have experienced with this caseThank you

Samsung has reviewed Mr. [redacted] claim in regards to his Note7 refund. Our system shows his address has been updated, a refund in the amount of $948.29; reference Txt# [redacted] was reissued/processed on 4/04/17 and is scheduled to go out on Thursday, 4/06/17 to the new address on... file. I am rejecting this response because:My charger isn't fast charging but will slow chargeIt is under warranty so I fail to see why I must send it in before receiving a replacementIf I send it in then I am unable to charge my phone at allI will then, with a few hours, will not be able to use my phone until company replaces chargerI pay for my phone service and should be able to use itI am not trying to rip off Samsung but they treat me as if I amI am the one being punished for defective equipment Regards, Mary Thomas

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because:What Samsung is saying is not truthful/accurate and here is why. Not at any point until I got the response from Samsung on 7/7/16 that anyone mentioned that my request for the VR device was accepted. I am not a mathematician but the VR offer ended on 6/30/16 and I never contacted them after that date. Please tell the truth Samsung as I have Sprint corporate to back me up on Samsung denying my request repeatedly before 6/30/16 and I think I deserve an apology/store credit for defamation of my character to BBB and wasting my time on this . I am rejecting this response because:I want to know why I spent hours of my time emailing and speaking to different people within the Samsung organization and they all told me that I could not order the part The day I filed this complaint, I called a local appliance repair place that had previously told me the part was no longer made and they didn't know of a replacement, but on this day the lady gave me a part number for a replacement part, I stopped at Sears and ordered the part It was totally unnecessary for me to have spent the time I did on this problem I responded to the email I got from Samsung about my complaint but am yet to hear a response

Samsung has reviewed Mr [redacted] claim in regards to his phone The agent handling the claim spoke with him on 4/25/and advised that the cracked lens deemed the device physically damaged which is not covered under Samsung’s warranty To have the device serviced, Mr [redacted] would be responsible for the OOW (Out of Warranty) charges for the repair Mr [redacted] declined the OOW repair because he cannot be without his phone The agent advised Mr [redacted] to contact his carrier to see if they have a loaner phone program and if they do, to call back so the agent can set up OOW service We apologize for any inconveniences and delays the customer may have experienced with this caseThank you
