Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because:I have been without a working phone now for over a month I am going away on vacation in a week sending my phone to your company for a 3rd time will make it that I will not have my phone on my vacationthis issue I am having is the same issue I origi ally sent it out for the first time and it should have technically been fixed the first time! Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because:i t feel that putting a bar across the opening of my washer is restricting the use of the washer that I paid a lot of money to use that option of washing big bulky stuffI'm afraid to use my washer due to the chance of it still possibly exploding even after said bar is installedI paid good money for this product and now I can not use the options I purchased it forThey need to stand behind their product and replace my washer so I do not have the anxiety I'm experiencing every time I put a load in my washerI am disabled and can not afford to buy a new washer nor should I even have to be out any money after purchasing a product I thought would last me several years without the worry or severe body harm or possible death to my family or myself.I stand very solid on my decision to have Samsung replace at no cost to me a new washer that elimates the risk of harm Regards, [redacted]

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: Samsung employees have regurgitated the same response prior to me contacting the bbb. It's silly and inappropriate when they are selling the products as high as $750. If I sent my phone to the company for repair I would be out of a phone. I will continue to post and provide negative statements about the company based on my experience because of the inability for this brand to make decisions on a case-by case basis. How silly is it to have negative reviews because of your disregard for the cost of replacing a stylus. This type of behavior will be the downfall of businesses like this. tmobile is resolving the issue. At the end of the day the phone is a Samsung brand and will join in any survey, opinions or recommendation regarding this company that will reflect my negative experience and opinion. Additionally, anything posted on the Internet never really goes away so deleting a conversation because it makes the company can simply be screen shot and repost. Regards, [redacted]

Samsung has reviewed Mr. [redacted] complaint in regards to his dishwasher. Our system shows the agent assigned to the claim spoke with Mr. [redacted] on 1/25/18 to discuss the case. A service request; reference Txt# [redacted] was submitted prior to the BBB complaint for the... unit. The agent advised Mr. [redacted] that if this service does not repair the unit, we may be able to move forward with other possible accommodations. Samsung has reviewed Mr [redacted] claim in regards to the Micro SD PRO+ 128GB Memory Card w/ Adapter promotion Mr [redacted] was advised that the promotion was "while supplies last" but as an accommodation, the E-Commerce Division submitted a promotional code request for the accessories Please be advised, the E-Commerce Division does not have an ETA on the issuance of the code However, once code has been generated it will be issued and sent to him via email and Mr [redacted] will be able to purchase the product on Samsung.com We apologize for any inconveniences and delays you may have experienced with this case
