According to our files, Samsung has contacted the customer regarding the customer’s unit model # RS261MDRS/XAA We advised to the customer that regrettably Samsung will not be able to refund the cost of the water filter as they are a consumable item and are not covered under the

I am rejecting this response because: The bundle shipment was lost and *** said they will ship the replacement bundle package, but I have not received the package nor any tracking information yet I inquired them for the tracking information, but they have not provided them yet Please provide tracking information that the prizelogic sentI just checked the gift card and the balance of $shows up this time so the gift card was re-charged and I think I am satisfied with gift card However, I still do need more information on bundle package

I am rejecting this response because: You haven't addressed my additional concerns I have spent hours and hours just for you to fix something that your company destroyedWhat compensation will be provided for samsung's lack of interest in taking care o it its customers? We shouldn't need to open Revdex.com complaints to get someone to respond to calls and fix your mistaes

Samsung has still not compensated us for all the food that was ruined due to the refrigerator failing and not sending someone out to service it for over a weekLuckily we went the store that we bought the refrigerator from and they were able to help usIt is highly unlikely that the customer service experience will ever improve because from what I and others have experience show what the true quality of support is being offeredSo I can not put any belief in anything Samsung responds toThey did however try to buy the customers silence by offering half of actual loses which is unacceptable

Our records indicate a contact was made in efforts to discuss this matter but there was no answer. A voice mail was left and email sent in order for you to return Samsung's callPlease contact *** to further discuss this matterThank you

I am rejecting this response because: We have not been contacted by Samsung regarding the Revdex.com complaint, so that is an absolute lieWe never received any notification until now that a new TV was sentI looked up the tracking number provided and it looks like it will be delivered on DecThis is the same delivery company that lost the first TVWe have never been contacted to expect delivery or even to check to make sure we will be home to get the TVI don't want to cancel the order for the replacement TV, but I would like to be contacted by Samsung about the TV and given a definite date and time it will be deliveredPart of the problem is that they never call when they say they willWe have not heard from them at all since my daughter in law called them the same night we placed the complaint with the Revdex.comThank you Revdex.com for getting us this farWe were getting no where on our own
