I am rejecting this response because:
I understand that the OS takes up space on every phone- that is not my issueI downloaded several storage analysis applications and they only listed my model (the Express 3) as having GBFurther, the model that you linked from your website description is the basic express model, not my express model, so this is still advertisementOn the *** website it lists this phone as GB with no corollary or description of this storage and it is obviously your duty to make sure your products are accurately depictedThis is not my first smartphone or gophone and I have only had GB models; my other phones when analyzed by the same multiple data analyses applications show GB, of which around GB is taken up by the OS, leaving me a reasonable GBYour phone leaves me with less than GBAgain, there is a disparity between what is written on the *** website (your website does not even have the model of my phone so it is irrelevant) and what the phone actually hasThis is negligence to your customer and I have filed a complaint with the Samsung CEO and the Federal Trade Commission

I was contacted and told I would have to wit another to days for my refund to be approved after which a check would be mailed out It has been roughly business days and I still haven't heard anything about it being aproved or denied The transaction number was ***

Upon further review of Mr*** claim, our system shows the agent handling the claim spoke with him again on 8/17/and advised that per Samsung’s warranty, we would only be able to proceed with repair service on the unit; no additional compensation can be provided by Samsung Mr*** told the agent that he spoke with someone who said an order had been put in for a replacement The agent advised Mr*** that Samsung does not arrange for replacement/delivery orders. The agent offered the option for repair service again as stated in our warranty, advising again that Samsung can only move forward with repair service for the unit. Mr*** accepted the repair service offered and agreed to email the agent with the serial number for the unit when he got home so the warranty terms could be determined. Up to date, the agent has not received the serial number from Mr*** in order to proceed with service. Please have Mr*** email the agent at his earliest convenience if he still wishes to proceed with the claim. Thank you for being a valued Samsung customer, we apologize for any inconveniences you may have experienced with this case

I am rejecting this response because: The dryer has been repaired at my costPrior to filing the complaint I had spoke with a Samsung agentI did not expect they would provide any assistanceTheir local Samsung service is horrible taking over days for them to even answer the phone. No one will service their appliances locally which locks you into their agents at very high prices.I would like the case closed as NOT RESOLVEDSamsung has a design defect with these dryers causing over heating. The tape on the wiring actually began to melt and had to be replaced with the defective partA major appliance costing $should not require out of warranty repair within a year period costing over $300. You need to be aware of potential safety issues with appliances and companies that are puttinig out defective designs is the main reason the complant was filed

I am completely dissatisfied with the customer service I have received regarding faulty merchandise under warranty I have a six month old refrigerator that stopped cooling Two weeks, twenty phone calls and two service calls later- still without resolution

I am rejecting this response because: Your representative took my credit card information and told me I would be charged a $deposit. I didn't view it as a courtesy on Samsung's part. I shipped the phone that gets extremely hot when using data to Samsung the day I received the loaner. Please refer to the original claim. I will accept the business response once we receive the repaired phone or replacement and if it is a repaired phone we need to test it to make sure the problem is solved. Once again while streaming data the original phone was so hot it left a temporary mark on my daughter's leg and she had to use a blanket to remove the cover. If it had left a permanent mark Samsung would have heard from my attorney and the ante would have been much higher than just a replacement phone
