Samsung has reviewed Mrs*** claim in regards to her washer. Our system shows the agent handling her claim submitted a request on 3/07/for a refund in the amount of $674.83; reference Txt# ***. A Response Required for Refund Process e-mail was sent on 3/09/to Mrs
*** requiring a reply in order to proceed with the refund. Once Mrs*** responds to the email to proceed, please allow for 7-business days after the check has been mailed to receive it. We apologize for any inconveniences and delays the customer may have experienced with this case. Thank you

Samsung has contacted Prizelogic regarding their concernsAs per Prizelogic, the customer’s code was sent on 3/22, which was before the expiration datePrizelogic does

I am rejecting this response because: I will accept this response once the check is in my handYou'll have to forgive my skepticism, this should have been handled back in February and it is now mid-MayThe glacial pace to get anything done leaves me hesitant to close up the Revdex.com, the only route where we've had any successful communication Hopefully we'll be able to close this out in 7-business days without issue. Additionally, I was told there would be a gift card, to help cover the additional fees (delivery, haul away, taxes)

I am rejecting this response because: There is no response, just excusesI was told by their customer service staff that my tab Swould be upgraded to a Tab SAlso when I got the original tablet back from Samsung and it was damaged in transit I was told that I would be getting a brand new tablet, not a refurbished unitI would not be making this complaint if I was not told one thing and given anotherBait and switchI was always referring to the Tab Sin my phone calls, only to get switched to a different tablet in the endPlease do the right thing and stand by your original customer service agentsIt is all in my case file and phone recordingsUnless they were alteredThanks for your consideration

Samsung has reviewed Mr*** complaint in regards to his refrigerator. Our system shows the agent who handled the complaint submitted a buyback refund request in the amount of $1,reference Txt# *** on 8/22/for approval. Once the refund has been
approved, Mr*** will receive an email with the acceptance document along with further instructions on how to proceed with the claim. The agent advised Mr*** that the product is under review and to hold on to unit until receiving these instructions. If the product has been disposed of, the offer will be voided Please have Mr*** send in the acceptance document along with all required information once he receives it to avoid any delays in the refund/claim process. This compay has sent a tech to our hame four times and the ice maker still does not work correctly A sears associate told us that Samsung would do this DO NOT EVER PURCHASE A SAMSUNG PRODUCT I recommend that no American business sell any of Samsung products at all They WILL NOT BACK UP THERE PRODUCTS BAD BUSINESS FROM A foreign company

Samsung has reviewed Mr***’ complaint in regards to his television. Our system shows the agent assigned to the claim spoke with Mr*** on 9/28/about the case. The agent advised Mr*** that he would be set him up for service; reference Txt# *** however, if
the ASC deemed the unit as physical damage his warranty would be voided. Mr*** proceeded with service for the unit. Thank you for being a valued Samsung customer, we apologize for any inconveniences you may have experienced with this case

I am rejecting this response because: On Friday, June 24, *** *** from Samsung offered to cover parts and labor under warranty to repair the sealed system in my refrigerator I have accepted this offer in lieu of Samsung's $refund

I am rejecting this response because:
The dishwasher has been out of service for close to days days of which I paid for a warranty, and I am unable to use it days of hand-washing dishes, when I had a very expensive dishwasher doing nothing days of arguing with Samsung, and trying to get them to honor the warranty I was sold days of absolute frustration with how poorly I've been treated I have wasted MANY hours on my personal cell phone, and several of my lunch hours fighing with customer service to get something done This response is what should have happened on day 1, not day I've had to go out of my way quite disproportionately And sorry Samsung, but you'll have to go out of your way too This is absurd
