Samsung has reviewed Mrs*** claim in regards to her dryer. Our system shows the agent who handled her claim spoke with her on 5/16/to discuss the claim. Mrs*** told the agent the dryer has been repaired and is now working but she wants Samsung to replace it. The
agent advised Mrs*** that Samsung would not provide that accommodation request since the dryer is now working. The agent informed Mrs*** that if she has any future issues with the dryer, to contact Samsung at that time for further assistance. I am rejecting this response because:I don't have a gauranetee that Samsung will fix the issue, just that they will look at it I already know that they will say this is not covered by warranty, because they have pulled this same thing on me before
