I am rejecting this response because:Again it is not fair that they can pick and choose who they give full refunds to without having g to purchase another washing machine and sending in receipts. I am a single mother on a single household income and I DO NOT HAVE MONEY JUST LAYING AROUND I want them to be fair!!

We appreciate your correspondence and allowing Samsung the opportunity to review your claim.In review of your customer information, Samsung has no history of providing evaluation/repair/replacement for a mobile phone product. Additionally, if your device was replaced by your service
provider Samsung cannot account for any previous repair history that may have occurred to that unit as it was not repaired by Samsung. Please note, Samsung does not issue refurbished units to any Service Provider for distribution.Samsung's warranty is only extended to the original purchased device for one year from the purchase date. If the current phone in use shows to be out of warranty by date a Service charge will apply to complete repair.If a consumer does not wish to receive service under the Samsung warranty guidelines we must refer them to the service provider directly for possible resolution. I am rejecting this response because: On 05/17/17, I got in touch with *** parts distribution center in Rancho Domingo, California They gave me the shipping number from UPSIt turns out the replacement stovetop had been ordered on 05/08/and delivered to the *** warehouse in Hawaii on Paa street on 05/11/When * * * *** from Samsung (SS) called on 05/18/17, their serviceman said he had to come to my house to see the stove so he could order the partI tried to explain to him that the part was already in Hawaii and please don't come to my house without the stovetop partHe came out anyway and looked at the stove and demanded $plus tax to order the part First I was quoted and not and Second, he did not have the part He called his supervisor and verified the part was indeed in their warehouse, and said the earliest he could come back would be in three weeks and that I would still have to pay him up front for the repairI told him that if he had believed me when he first called, then he would have his part(stovetop replacement) and his money He got pissed off and left my house and said he would not be coming backI went to *** Paa Street, picked up the part and came home and installed it myself No feat of magic: three screws to remove the cooktop and small screws to reattach the burnersHowever, the stovetop did not align with the back of the oven under the control panel That's when I noticed both sides of the stovetop were slightly dented in and the black enamel was chipped off on both sides, diameter at about the size of a quarterThis missing enamel was not in the shipping box.This is when I realized that this was an old and used and damaged stovetop frame with a new glass top installed If this is the level of service that SS provides, I can guarantee that not only I but my entire, very large extended family will find out about Samsung's poor quality of product, service and personnel Thank you Revdex.com If not for your help, Samsung would have never sent the used replacement stovetop Until Revdex.com got involved, SS was still telling me the crack was only cosmetic damage Judging by the number of complaints I have found on various websites for the exact same problem, at what point does SS have to make a recall for safety, or at least stop selling faulty stoves with the same design Thank you, *** ***
