I am rejecting this response because: that is unacceptableThe issue isn't just with a temporary phoneit's with the water resistant phone you distribute that is only water-resistant internally and not externallyYou can't advertise a phone to be water-resistant / waterproof if the charging port gets corrosion due to moisture

Unfortunately, there was a pricing error on Samsung.com, occurring for much of the day on Sunday, May 15. The price of the UN40KUtelevision was incorrectly displayed at $100, when the correct

When you submitted the order on Samsung.com you agreed to our Terms of Sale which states

Payment was not taken from the customer as we do not charge the customer until the product actually ships. An authorization for the amount of the order was submitted, but has been reversed. Samsung notified the customers that purchased this product as quickly as possible. Orders placed on 5/15, were immediately cancelled and notification sent to customers upon cancellation. I am rejecting this response because: I have to constantly check in on my claim because things were not progressing as they should. Yes, my buyback was approved, but my TV has not been pickup yet therefore my money has not been refunded. I do not want this case closed until my money has been refunded. I called KW International and they have not received my order information from Samsung to come pick up my TVI would like my refund expedited so this case can be closed. Thank you

Samsung has reviewed Ms*** claim in regards to her rebate. Our system shows the agent handling her claim spoke with her on 5/01/to discuss the claim. Ms*** informed the agent that she had a delivery ticket that stated the new unit was delivered and the old hauled
away but it is not described on the ticket. The agent informed her that unless Ms*** has a letter of disposal or a photo of the decals, Samsung cannot proceed with the rebate. Samsung’s recall program is specific in that a letter of disposal, serial decal, or photo of the serial decal is required in order to process the rebate.
