I am rejecting this response because:i do not want there refurnished monitor I sent them a receipt for my monitor that they claim they lost I told them I would take a refund or my monitor back they sent yesterday another refurnised monitor looks like a dinosaur and not compatible I told ms.j I would only except refund or give me back my monitor in orginial packaging like I sent to them months ago now I still need help with this issue its the worst experience ever they do want they want to do not as we have asked now I will have to wait for another label to sent there refurnished monitor back that I had no idea they where sending I looked on my porch yesterday novand there it sat the same monitor I sent back a week or more ago im so tired of playing there games .please help I need a refund or my original monitor so I can be done with samsung thank you for all your help

Samsung has reviewed Ms*** claim in regards to her phone. Our system shows the agent who handled the claim spoke with her on 5/31/and advised her that while our phones are water-resistant, they are still susceptible to water damage depending on the condition of the phone
(use and wear-and-tear) and the circumstances surrounding how the phone came into contact with the water The agent also advised Ms*** that we can proceed with service for the device or they could go through Samsung Premium Care in which she is already enrolled Ms*** declined both options and disconnected the call with the agent. Other than the options provided to Ms***, no further accommodations will be made for this claim. We apologize for any inconveniences and delays the customer may have experienced with this caseThank you

Samsung has reviewed Mrs*** claim in regards to her phone. The agent handling her claim spoke with her on 3/17/and advised her that they verified that her device was not an U.S model and was indeed an international model. International phones carry no U.Swarranty so Samsung
would not be able to accommodate her. Mrs*** stated she will reach out to the retailer because they did not advise her that she purchased an international deviceNo accommodation will be made for this claim. I am rejecting this response because: the link with instructions provided to exchange/retuen the phone does not work and I have tried this link several times beforeThe last time I contacted a Samsung Rep they told me that several customers cannot use this link since Samsung is having issues locating their sales order numberThe rep mentioned a special procedure for these type of cases and that I will be called with special instructionsI have not recieved these special instructions.

Samsung has attempted to contact the customer via email and telephone to address their concerns regarding their Samsung Television but have not been successfulIn reading the customer’s complaint, we see that this has been very disappointing for them, and ultimately are in need of assistance
