I am rejecting this response because:This is the same excuse Samsung has been giving for the past month, essentially apologizing for its continuous ineptness and wanting more time to respond. I have no idea if Samsung repaired the TVThe Samsung repairman dropped it off at the house, but never reinstalled it or hooked it up to see if it works. In fact, Samsung never bothered to call us back - instead wants us to call its -# and spend an hour on hold and dealing with customer service representatives who, by their own admission, have no authority to resolve this complaint. I hereby again invite someone in a position of authority at Samsung to settle this dispute to call me directly

Samsung has reviewed Mr*** complaint in regards to returning his phone for a refund. Our system shows an E-Commerce agent contacted Mr*** and informed him that a request for a return label was sent to the Returns Team however it was not 100% guaranteed that the
warehouse will accept the package The agent sent an email to the warehouse coordinator requesting to accept the package Once the package is placed back into the warehouse, Mr*** will receive a refund within 7-business days. In order for Samsung to provide assistance we will require the handset be shipped to the Samsung Repair Center for evaluation if the issue cannot be resolved by simple troubleshooting, or the service provider cannot provide resolution. If the phone is still within its one year manufacturer’s
warranty period, and repairs fall within the warranty guidelines; repair service will be rendered. As the manufacturer our obligation is to repair the unit, but we must be able to determine root cause for the issueAdditionally, if you have insurance through your service provider, some providers do offer a replacement policy on phones which need servicing. I am rejecting this response because: Although I have no complaints regarding the cooling/freezing capabilities of the refrigerator, and the same are probably "within specifications", my complaints are only based on the noises being generated by the refrigerator, which have been acknowledged by Samsung in writing The particularly loud noise which has even startled our guests can, in no way, be within "specifications" The tech who inspected the refrigerator heard the startling noise and even asked if the retailer could offer us any solution I had been in contact with the retailer who advised that they were not made aware of the noises by Samsung, and, therefore, could not pass that information on to us when we purchased the refrigeratorThe retailer had also advised that it contacted Samsung but Samsung told the retailer it would only deal with the owner Purchasing a refrigerator is not like purchasing an item of clothing, where you get to try the item first Had we been able to "try out" the refrigerator before it was delivered to us, I again reiterate we would NOT have purchased it I have never heard these noises coming from any other refrigerator owned by me or from any refrigerator owned by family and friends There is definitely something wrong with the mechanics of this refrigerator and I do not believe we should be made to keep it and have to listen to these loud noises until the day it "conks out", which our last Samsung did in less than three yearsSamsung certainly does not value its consumers because if it did, it would not refuse our request for an exchange when I have agreed to pay whatever difference there is in an exchange for a quieter model For that reason, I want my complaint kept open (unless our problems can be resolved) so, hopefully, other consumers will not experience the frustrations we have had to bear Refrigerators are not inexpensive items, and I never thought that after paying $2,100+ we would have these noise problems
