I am rejecting this response because:I still need to see if the service technician resolves the issue, so I don't want to close my Revdex.com complaint as of nowAlso, the service provider has not confirmed yet if July works for them (which in itself would be much after the days response time as per Revdex.com), so I will have to reject the response by Samsung as being satisfactory for now, unless the whole issue is resolved

Samsung has reviewed *** *** complaint in regards to his washer. Our system shows the agent assigned to the claim made several attempts to contact *** *** by phone but was unsuccessful in reaching him. The agent left *** *** voice messages as well as followed up the calls
with emails, requesting a return call or reply to the email in order to discuss the case. Samsung has reviewed Mr*** complaint in regards to his phone. Our system shows the agent assigned to the claim attempted to speak with Mr*** by phone on 10/25/to discuss the case. Mr*** told the agent that he was heading to his office and to send him an email.
The agent emailed Mr*** with an apology and explained that the device was deemed BER (beyond economical repair) due liquid damage on the components of the device. This determination was based on the last service repair; reference Txt# *** on the device and unfortunately, the decision cannot be overturned. The agent also informed Mr*** that this type of damage is not covered under the manufactures warranty and Samsung would not be able to offer any accommodations for the deviceThank you for being a valued Samsung customer, we apologize for any inconveniences you may have experienced with this case

I am rejecting this response because:This problem existed doing the one year warrantyAfter four approved service calls by Samsung for the same problemSamsung should have replaced this unitInstead they sent me a letter dated April 1, informing me that my one year warranty had expiredThe one year would have been up on June 29, Samsung deferred this problem until it became some one else problemShame on Samsung for the amount of money they charge for new appliances we the consumer should expect their merchandise to last longer than one year before repairs are neededOh how we the consumer missed the old days we companies valued costumer satisfaction

Samsung has reviewed Ms***’ claim in regards to her dishwasher. Our system shows the agent who handled the claim submitted a refund request in the amount of $794.00; reference Txt# *** due to repair delay on the unit for approval. Once approved, Ms*** will receive an

I have dealing with MsCaitlin *** with the Office of the President since I sent the complaint to your officeSamsung case number ***. Samsung agreed to exchange my unit and they would pay $for the food I've lost which does not cover even half of the expenses I and my family went throughTwo days ago, I sent an email to her asking how to proceed but no response yetShe is taking extra days like nothing is importantI still have no working fridge for more than monthsand every day countsEvery day I'm losing money and Ms*** does not care. Now I'm asking Samsung to review the $400 to cover my expenses and to pay more, and to resolve this situation in an urgent mannerI can't wait two other days for Ms*** to respond, or a couple of more weeks to have a new fridgeWe need to take in consideration the delivery time and installation which might take a couple more weeksMs*** didn't sent the information yet to Best Buy to exchange my unit.
