Samsung tries to accommodate our customers with a resolution to the best of our ability on a case by case review. However in Mr*** case, he was previously advised that *** is not an authorized reseller and as such the device he purchased does not have a Samsung warranty. Regrettably, Samsung’s stance remains the same. No accommodations can be made for this claim. Upon further review of Mr*** claim, our system shows the check was returned back to Samsung’s Refunds Dept from the *** ** *** *** *** ** *** *** ** address. Per Mr*** last response, his address was corrected/ updated in the system to *** ** ** *** *** *** ** and the check resent via UPS; reference tracking # *** for Mr*** to be able to track the package. Samsung has reviewed Ms*** claim in regards to her television. Our system shows the agent handling her claim spoke with the ASC technician on 3/17/who confirmed that Ms*** picked up the unit the week prior. The tech stated there were some issues in getting the parts because
they were delayed However, once the panel was received he made contact with Ms*** and arranged pick up of the unit after the repair The agent then spoke with Ms*** who also confirmed that she picked up the unit from the ASC the week before. I am rejecting this response because: In good faith we purchased this TV, took all precautions to secure this Tv, delayed opening the item, and now left with a lemon, and no recourseWe were sold a damage tv and Samsung nor Best Buy are willing to correct or replace this tvIn my opinion , this is fraudI am still seeking a resolution from either Samsung or Best Buy or at least refunded the money spent to purchase this damaged tv

In less than years we've gone from “the customer is all ways right”, to trivializing consumers! I stated several times previously this has absolutely nothing to do with money, and totally about the principle of accepting a damaged product, or one in less than the perfect condition it was sent to *** via Samsung Repair! Since I along with my concerns have been repeatedly ignored, I am requesting Revdex.coms intercession. In the form of a strong request for Samsung to send me posthaste the link, web site, some means or method to purchase an identical brand new Samsung *** 3d Blu-ray MINUS THE SPEAKERS I do not need to purchase an entire home theater systemI cannot and will not trust anyone who ignores, crosses, or belittles my personal boundaries and ethics. I would like to receive this information and my new 3d Blu-ray by the end of next week, certainly before I receive the repaired damaged one, I will pay for same day delivery, next day if that is not available! I really hope that this can be settled without any further delay or lack to my satisfaction!

Regardless of the warranty expiration, no consumer should have to endure three consecutive years of identical repairs on a six-year-old refrigeratorWe are tired of begging for shelf space from our neighbors, borrowing coolers, replacing spoiled food and cleaning grunge and brown sticky messes from our SamsungWe have found mold in crevices no human eyes were meant to viewEnough! The last straw was discovering that the cooling fan has quit yet again!

I am rejecting this response because:it does not provide me what I want, the application removed from my phone Their response does nothing but provide an explanation that is nothing more than "too bad consumer, you must do what we want, get over it." That is not acceptable to me I did not have the choice to reject the download, it was forced into my phone If the company has the capability to force install an application, then it has the ability to remove it upon request What they fail to acknowledge is that this app, even unused, takes up memory on my device, memory for which I paid and which I do not want arbitrarily wasted on apps that the company arrogantly believes should be on my phone over my objection I want it removed Anything else is a misappropriation of my property which was purchased from them in full back in April Notice that they did not even offer to reimburse me for the value of memory space it takes up or to offer to upgrade my device's memory in an effort to recognize my concerns, all of which were relayed to their representative both via phone and Facebook yesterday However trivial that may seem to them, it's important to me and they have so far refused to acknowledge this issue. Alternatively, if they want to purchase back my device at full price I would be happy to agree to thatBut I do not believe that I should have to give up my memory and storage space simply because they created a product that most of America may want, but I do not They did not provide an opt out, I cannot delete the application and cannot even disable it

If they read the email that I sent to them I do disagree with the amount still which won't change on there side the main problem now is the fact they told me they would call me within to hrs which now it's been more than or week without a replyI do have another appliance that just had a recall from another company which when I called they answered within a minute and advised me on what needed to be done it took about minuteWhen I called Samsung I was on hold for more than a hour and got no response

We appreciate your correspondence and allowing Samsung the opportunity to review your claim. Under the coverage section of the Samsung Standard Limited Warranty liquid damage is not covered. As for the Galaxy S Active as long as the unit is used with the specifications
allotted the unit should uphold to contact with liquid. If the unit is not used within those specifications, or the liquid contact is too severe the unit may show signs of liquid damage. Under warranty when a product is received in this condition it is returned to the consumer without repair because any damage incurred through contact with water or other liquids can, and in most cases will, cause corrosion to the inner workings of the handset. Even when some functionality is retained, it generally happens that the corrosion continues to spread, causing more damage over time. Samsung cannot speculate how the damage occurred, but only report our findings upon evaluation of the productAlthough not covered under warranty Samsung can make an exception and offer to repair the unit with a required fee of $182.89.
